They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.

Final invoice said job took 4.2 hours!! GM said would use as learning experience, which was fine until I go buy another new truck (2nd this year) and again the miscommunication within company begins. General Manager said in email "....make sure she takes great care of you guys as well as let my management team know".....well, sales person said knew nothing and nobody said anything. And if what we have gone through on newest vehicle is great care, standards are lacking tremendously. Saying things but not standing behind them (some with me reminding of what was said in writing they fixed-but hey do I have to push for what they promised). All in all Service writer says detail shop isn't good. Other employee says service department will just tell you anything, General Manager will make email statement and not follow through and then he made statement about employee that the employee denied saying. They aren't accountable for anything anyone in company states let alone themselves. This was my experience on multiple occasions- hope you have better.

Mechanic said it needs an entire new engine. Called Wheels of Norman and we're told it's not their problem, but hey, if we want to "trade that one in," they'd be happy to sell us another one. In the end, the idiot gave us $500. Mind you, we PAID THEM $5,500 total. And we aren't made of money, but they don't give a crap about their customers. Their bottom line is throwing a bandaid on a car and making as much profit as they can. Wheels of Norman, how do you sleep at night? Thanks to you, we are out both a car and our hard earned money. The air conditioning was not working as they charged the system before my dad drove it home. However, on the way home the car overheated. We had to change out the thermostat to fix the issue. I wrote a letter to the Wheels of Norman. The owner, Doug personally called me and apologized. He was very concerned about how this happened. He offered to pay for the fees to fix the car. I was very happy, my dad was very happy and I would totally come back to purchase another used vehicle. If you want a good used car at a fair price, go see the Wheels of Norman. Larry (Minco )

Sorry, Norman Mitsubishi. I know you wanted - and in fact, asked me for - a positive review that…read morefirst night. You pushed trying to show yourself as better or attempting to stand out from Big Red. Even snapped a pic of me and my fiance after we finished the deal in front of our car. Smiles and promises. And a lot of lies. Full disclosure - management has changed since, and I have had a positive experience with Mary T? As the crooks who worked with us the first night, late September, had just come in when we arrived (we got the spiel about how they were new management and that Lackey 1 enjoyed working with Seller and Financer (I believe one of their names was Hunter), after terrible prior management. In a nutshell, we were there for at least three hours, well into the evening. Came for a Cruze we saw online. It wasn't there. Bait and switched to a more expensive car. First mistake - we came at night and weren't able to fully examine the hail damage. Lackey 1 (who still works there, as of my last visit in late October), outright said he had no idea about the car he was giving us a test drive in and his only contribution was to make us noxious with his smell and inability to answer questions. My fiance made them literally change their math, after which the Seller apologized for being out of it/not good with numbers that night. This math didn't stop the financer from raising the interest rate by 1%, of which he said was small and didn't matter. During the dealer process, he tried to sell us further on the car seeing that we had questions. We even had people listening in as we spoke with them on the phone. They weren't clear about the trim. They said the car hadn't been out of state. We pushed. "Oh, looks like actually..." it was out of state, sold via auction. We'd find out from the DMV that it was actually a rental vehicle. They said no damage or anything like that, showing us a (useless, in retrospect) Carfax. They misled us about the service agreement. Second mistake. We should have made them wait until midnight to read every. last. line. Especially when they misrepresented what was detailed. Even if the financer's "wife called" to see where he was. They pull multiple sources to check our credit (would get multiple mailings from other banks detailing this as time went on, which is fine), which was good enough to get us mediocre financing - that's fine. But then they tried to tie good financing to how much add-ons we received. Right as we were signing, Dealer 1 came in to tell us looks like their might be some hail damage we should know about. Huh. They just insisted it "wasn't reported" and that we didn't have to worry about it because we could come in during the next hail storm and have it fixed then. We got car. First night we had it, the passenger mirror breaks off. We luckily see Dealer and Seller and have them get it fixed. They order the part. Well, we'd find out, no they didn't (too bad, because they weren't there anymore when we would come in later to repair it - this is where Mary was helpful, showing that it was at least marked that we were owed that part). I also tell them to detail the car (done poorly) and that it would be really nice if we had, you know, a little oil in there since it was almost depleted. We were told a variety of other lies, received more unsolicited bad-mouthing about Big Red Norman, and more of the same. We get a call a small time later, asking us to come in and fill some papers out. We do, and ask about the hail damage again (I had this conversation on a phone, too). Note there are now multiple times - maybe three? - where we have asked them about the hail damage and they say they have it covered, that it won't be on us. We had in recording. We didn't know about the damage when we bought the car and were, in fact, mislead about the state of the car. Third mistake. Get everything in writing. Not enough room for full review, but basically we return and see new management. Lackey 1 pretends like he didn't hear any promises. New mgr Mary is helpful but we still go through a new Financer who says we don't understand when we say we can get same service agreement without $200 deductible and being overcharged $1000 (their comish, perhaps) for a product not from a scam company. Take everything with a grain of salt, when they say what the car is, where it is from, and what you'll get.

This is NOT an essential business and the dealership is putting us all in danger. This is irresponsible and unforgivable. I HOPE NO-ONE FROM NORMAN BUYS A CAR HERE EVER AGAIN. From Channel 9: "Police records show Mitsubishi Motors on Main Street in Norman was cited Friday after receiving a warning for remaining open the day before. Other dealerships on Norman's "mile of cars" were also open Tuesday, but had not been cited. Mitsubishi Motors General Manager Bobby Mays said he is keeping his business open because auto dealers fall under Governor Kevin Stitt's list of essential businesses. However, dealerships are not on the Norman list of essential businesses, landing Mays a ticket punishable by up to a $750 fine and 60 days in jail. In the meantime, Mays said he is keeping his business open and is ready to fight future citations."

I purchased a vehicle from Genesis of Norman and am currently owed two refunds--one for $1,769.76 for GAP and another refund of approximately $3,xxx.xx. My biggest concern has been the way this has been handled by management. The manager I have been dealing with, Logan, initially told me that the refunds were the responsibility of the lien holder and not Genesis of Norman. Based on that information, I spent several hours trying to get answers from management at my credit union and from both warranty companies involved. After doing all of that legwork myself, I was able to determine that the responsibility for these refunds was actually Genesis of Norman's. I was then told by Logan that the checks had already been written and were simply waiting for a signature. However, when I asked for the exact amount of the second check, I was told he didn't even have the exact total. I was promised an update on Wednesday. That update never came. I followed up again and gave them until 7:00 p.m. to provide a clear answer regarding both checks. My message was ignored. I was a customer who purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a dealership to honor refunds that are owed, accurately explain who is responsible for them, and communicate with the customer when they have promised an update. This isn't about expecting special treatment. It's about basic customer service and accountability after the sale. I'm now pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer-protection channels. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Genesis of Norman: do your homework, get everything in writing, and pay close attention to how the dealership handles issues after the sale. I'm posting this so other buyers can make an informed decision based on my experience.

I would not recommend them though.
