Not 100% open. Mechanical issues 15 miles away from business couple lights come on dashes and get rattling in front end. Called them ; they don't do mechanical work they just concentrate on selling, which basically means not my problem. Nice looking cars but take more time than I did and if you can take the mechanic. I would give you my worst rating , But partly my fault for being too trusting won't happening again. read more

Recently bought a truck from Gillian over at Bryan's Car Corner. He was great to work with throughout the whole process. We had two minor issues arise the next day after leaving the lot and he got us in with his shop within an hour of calling and they fixed everything. Truck is running great and we love it. Bought an 04 silverado from Bryan's car corner. After owning it for about a month, I decided to change oil a second time. I discovered coolant was mixing with the oil. Since the truck had a 3 month warranty, I took it back to them to have it repaired, they kept it for about a week and said nothing was wrong with it. I cleaned out as much of the sludge as I could and drove it for another week and decided to take it back, I clearly had an internal coolant leak. They kept it for a day and told me their mechanic quit and my warranty was about up. I wound up having to rebuild the engine myself. I won't be back. read more

You want to be a respectable dealer. You want to make your customers happy. But you don't wanna fix things. I bought a 2006 Cadillac CTS in June. Only had 65,000 miles on it. Ran ok the first couple of days. Go to fill up the tank. Wouldn't start up right away. Sounded like it was flooded. Check engine light came on. Took it to the shop. They said, O2 Sensor was bad or low octane. (Wouldn't know about what octane to use BECAUSE THERE'S NO OWNERS MANUAL AT ALL IN THE CAR. Supposedly ordered. But it's been 2 months and still haven't received it.) Reset the computer. Sent me on my way. 1 week later, check engine light came on again. Took it back to shop. This time it was the EVAP Purge Canister Valve that was bad. Replaced that. Reset computer. Sent me on my way. That fixed the fueling problem. 1 week later. Check engine light back on again. Okay, this visit they replaced the O2 Sensor. Reset computer and sent me on my way. 3 days later. Check engine light came back on. Took back to shop. They said, it's the catalyst converter and they needed to refer me to Todd's. Left the shop. Went over to the office, told Bobby what they said. He said "he'd have to talk to Bryan and he'd call me". Gilligan called me maybe an hour later, wanting to know who was paying for the diagnostic at Todd's. Told him I'd pay the $40 fee to diagnose the problem, but if it was in fact the converter that we'd have to figure something out, he said to keep them in the loop hole. By noon Todd's called me and told me the right side converter was bad and that it would be $585.00 installed. Okay. I figured since y'all have known about this preexisting issue, and that its been brought to YOUR shop every other week since i bought it you would have at least paid for half of the repair. But your not. And that is fine. But believe me when I say, that you will never get my return business. read more

I called on a Thursday and asked about a car. I told them I would be there Saturday to look at it, and possibly buy it if I found it was in good enough condition. I should have called ahead, because when I arrived they had moved the car to their lot in Midwest city that morning. read more

Why would tires with 28'000 be bald? I could have had a blowout on the freeway and been killed! Did they put crappy used tires on the car before they sold it to me? Incorrect diagnosis and attempt to overcharge! First off, crystal in the service department was…read moregreat. She was everything I expect out of someone working on my vehicle. Communicative, active, passionate, caring, and honest. However, the one star comes from one of the service technicians. I originally came in with a bad wheel bearing and seal. A few days later they say I need a brake caliber, I say okay, then come the following week they tell me I have a bent axle at about ($8,000 to fix). Crystal is great in explaining what happen and what I need, but I just don't believe that's what I need. As I call around and discuss the problems this shop said I have, it is clear that this is not the actual problem. Come some pushback and insistence, what was initially claimed as well as the claimed inability to put it back together for me to take to another shop was resolved. I appreciate Crystal, but the techs are not to be trusted.

My experience with Bryans Car Corner was very favorable. They were patient, professional, pleasant, and upfront honest. I felt safe dealing with them. As a single female I already know that going into car places can be an unsavory experience. I had already planned to have a male friend go with me when I looked for cars, but I got a female's reference to this place. First of all was the friendly greeting when I walked in. Secondly, one of the owners (a lady) personally came and spoke with me to reassure me I would be well taken care of. Third, another owner started my paperwork, and first test drive because the salesman was still busy with other customers... they didn't make me wait! Then the salesman stepped in and took over seamlessly. He was very patient to listen to what I like and do not like / wanted and didn't want. In addition, the salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars they had available for sale, which to me is very important. Although I drove out with a vehicle unlike what I was expecting to purchase, I drove out with more than I could have ever thought to ask for! I was given choices - no high-pressure sales at all. I read these reviews and see people crying about stuff that's really not the dealerships problem . Vehicles are man made and anything man made will fail it's not the dealerships fault . Do you really think they would buy something knowing it's junk ? I had a great experience there . The best one I've ever had at a dealership. Not only did I get my wife the ride she's always wanted at the lowest interest rate I've ever had but I got me a ride as well. In my worst time of need I contacted Bryan and explained to him my home had exploded and my vehicle had burned with the home , and that insurance was giving me this much money and I told him what size vehicle I was needing he got on line found one on his lot in OKC he had it drove down and brought it to me where I was staying at a hotel.
