I was in the market at the time, so I came in and had to wait nearly two hours for my sales representative. They then tried to slip in a $3000 warranty without my consent, and never gave me my copies of the purchase paperwork as required. When I went back to the dealership to give them an opportunity to rectify the wrongs having taken advantage of me, I was threatened, and had one of the sales managers get in my face. I recorded the conversation that day annotating the deceit and tactics. I peacefully protested outside the dealership the following day, and they didn't even give me 40 minutes before they were out there, and we came to a acceptable agreement, even though they were still charging more than the advertised price for the car, which was damaged in the front end, but was not indicated in the carfax or in the description, and it was false advertised as a result, and was overpriced on the paperwork as far as the internet price was concerned. They then continued to lie to me about the status of my car and ignore me. I spoke with Drexel auto body, and they received the car on the 24th of September. They ordered parts, and was told Hyundai of Norman was going to fix the car, so the car sat for days. Then Genesis of Norman called about a bumper being painted for the Nissan that turned out to be for another car that they were going to come pick it up and install it themselves, and the car sat for another week. This is obviously after not having gotten the car to them nearly a month after I dropped the car off. Jayce confirmed the bumper fiasco when she told me that they had the bumper painted that wasn't even for my car nearly 2 weeks ago. I then waited 10 days to not hear back from her after she told me she would give me an update. Having found out after calling the collision place, everything that's transpired and the way that it has. I came up to the dealership on the 21st of Oct at 2pm because I was told the car was going to be there and ready that afternoon, only to sit up there for an hour and a half after driving 30 minutes one way. Only to leave me in a loner vehicle that was damaged while I was in an accident that I felt was unsafe given the structural integrity on the driver-side door. I expressed my concern that I didn't feel safe and was asked to continue to drive that vehicle. This is unacceptable.
