Communicative, active, passionate, caring, and honest. However, the one star comes from one of the service technicians. I originally came in with a bad wheel bearing and seal. A few days later they say I need a brake caliber, I say okay, then come the following week they tell me I have a bent axle at about ($8,000 to fix). Crystal is great in explaining what happen and what I need, but I just don't believe that's what I need. As I call around and discuss the problems this shop said I have, it is clear that this is not the actual problem. Come some pushback and insistence, what was initially claimed as well as the claimed inability to put it back together for me to take to another shop was resolved. My 2021 Explorer was purchased in December 2024 as a used vehicle with just over 20,000 miles. I have put 8000 miles on those tires. My mechanic told me the tires were made in 2020. See the problem? Why would tires with 28'000 be bald? I could have had a blowout on the freeway and been killed! Did they put crappy used tires on the car before they sold it to me?
