    Nissan Maxima

We recently purchased a Nisan Maxima from Bob Moore and couldn't have had an easier time and smoother process, thanks to our Salesperson Connar Pomaville. She not only did exactly what she said she would do, she went above and beyond, to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. She pulled VIN info, sent interest rates and down payments needed; pulled the car up for us so it was waiting for our test drive; plus gassed it up when we left. She even got us 2 Dr. Peppers to drink while we waited on paperwork. Simply, the most positive buying experience I've ever had a dealership in my entire life. Connar is courteous, friendly, honest, knowledgable, and super straightforward. I will not only buy again from Bob Moore, but will recommend that all of my friends and family consider them too. Ask for Connar she's amazing!

Our 2nd Nissan from Bob Moore!!! We couldn't be happier with it!!!!

Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. I am only out in Oklahoma for a few months, but I will definitely see Travis if I need additional service while I am in town. He was so easy to work with, and they topped off my fluids at no charge. Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative. He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn't want to do at this time with prices for each item. It's not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced. I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn't tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would've came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would've crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable ! So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400. Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it's good to know someone who already knows about those places. I'll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.

The reviews of this dealership made me wary of purchasing a car from here but overall we had a…read morepleasant experience. I want to say up front that we didn't *need* a car, we wanted a car, and I think that really can change the sales dynamic when you can just say, "we're going to go look at other dealerships and vehicles." Which we did after our initial test drive. The pros: -Shawn Ponds was our salesman and was excellent. He knew a lot about the car's features and, unlike other dealerships, took the time to demonstrate what they were, how to use them, and why they were good. He was also honest about which things were Subaru exclusive versus things you'd see on other cars. We had a model in mind that was in transit, and rather than push another car he let us test drive the closest model on the lot and let us know when the other car would be arriving. -After returning to the dealership, mostly because of Shawn, we were allowed to put down a $1000 refundable deposit on the car in transit to hold it. That allowed us to see it in person, test drive it, and decide if we really wanted it without too much obligation. I know not everyone can set aside $1000 to do this, but it was nice to have a way out if we didn't like the vehicle. -The young lady working the front desk was also very kind and was helpful getting us connected to the right people when we called and visited. -On the day we went to pick up the car, I got held over at work and had to move our appointment last minute. They were very accommodating. -Jamal, the finance manager, let us have his office for ten minutes while my spouse and I discussed things to just wrap our head around some of the more confusing aspects of the purchase. Very polite of him and we really appreciated having the time to think. He also helped us get a cashier's check after our bank had closed for the day because there was an issue with a wire transfer. -The products are great. Subarus are just good cars. We were also able to get the low APR financing through Subaru's partnership with Chase which was 4% lower than our credit union could do. That's any Subaru dealership, but worth mentioning. The cons: -At the end of our first visit when we were trying to leave, one of the managers spoke with us and was a much more aggressive sales attitude. He asked specifically what other models we were looking for and asked if we had explored their used options to see if they had those vehicles. It was off putting and we almost didn't come back because of it. -There was confusion with one of the other staff members texting with us about when the car would arrive. Shawn said around April 7th. The other person said it would be closer to the 18th and was adamant about it when questioned. When the car arrived on the 7th like Shawn said, we had to move a lot of things around to make our appointment work that week. -The warranty process was overwhelming and felt rushed. This is not the fault of the finance manager. He did a great job explaining the different options, what the total cost of each was, how much it would add to each payment if we financed, and how our payments would look with interest over different terms. But Subaru giving literature that has hundreds of line items printed small, each with different prices, thrust upon you right before purchase sucks. Additionally, the coverage if you don't buy a warranty only being 1-year is pretty crummy and I hope they fix that in the future. -They offered a really low trade-in value on our old car. When we mentioned we had a higher quote from Carmax they said they couldn't match it. Carmax gave us $2300 more than Cavender offered. I've never had a great experience at a car dealership. It is always stressful and tiring. But of the multiple cars I've purchased in my lifetime, this transaction was the easiest. I really hope the rest of the team understands that our salesman and his demeanor was the reason for us returning though and drop some of the more aggressive sales tactics.

I bought my Subaru in Louisiana where I live. I was up in Norman and noticed that one tire kept losing air (very slow leak). Hmmm, probably a nail in the tire. I don't know any of the tire places around Norman and I saw Cavender and thought "why not?". My home Subaru dealer does tires so they should be able to as well. Caveat with Subarus - they are All Wheel Drive (which is a good thing) but it means that all the tires need to be about the same circumference or it causes premature wear on the differentials and transmission. You can't buy just one new tire or two and put them on with other tires that are worn. If/when you lose one tire you have to replace all four. So, Cavender could easily have pushed me into buying four tires and they didn't. They found a small nail (as expected) and were able to plug the hole rather than replace the tire (and its three brothers). Even better, they wrote it off as a Courtesy and didn't charge me a penny. I was shocked. The staff were friendly and were sympathetic to my plight, being on the road traveling. I may never go back that way again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to these guys if I ever need to. Big thanks from a stranded traveler!

My first trip to him was in April 2012, where I bought a 2012 WRX from him. The process was quick and easy, and they were able to make the adjustments needed last minute as I decided to switch from one vehicle on their lot to the next. I was so happy with the service that I went back in 2015 to buy a 2016 STI from him. He kept in touch with me every week and kept me up to date until the first 2016 landed at the dealership. Once it did, he held the car for me for a couple days until I was able to make the trip up from Lawton to pick it up. Once I got there, the car was already up front, and ready to take for a spin. We went for a drive to make sure everything was good, then got to work on the paperwork. Finance took a little longer than expected, due to a computer issue, though they were very kind about it and made it up to us in the end. I've now owned this vehicles for exactly 2 years and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Paco at Hudiburg. 5 stars all the way!

Our experience today at Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman was completely different. This was one of the best dealership experiences we've ever had. Everything was smooth, easy, and relaxed. At no point did we feel pressured to do this or buy that. We went in to look at a specific vehicle and they actually let us look at it, take it for a drive, and decide for ourselves without trying to push us into something we didn't want. The whole process was great. We were in and out, the pricing was very fair, and the finance process was just as smooth. If you're in the Norman or South OKC area and looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Brandon at Ferguson Buick GMC. He's a blue-collar oilfield guy at heart and understands how most blue-collar folks want the car-buying experience to be--straightforward and honest. I've been trying to buy a Ram diesel lately and have been to several dealerships, and the experience at most of them has been terrible. Had my brakes lock up while driving on a Friday. Had my vehicle Towed there. Monday morning they…read moreevaluated it and sent me a link for repairs saying I need around $7k worth of work. When queried why the work needed to be done, they said it was based off of the mileage on the vehicle... not something they observed in the inspection. For example, they said I needed an oil change when the sticker in the windshield said it was current. Additionally, they said I needed rear shocks when they were in fact replaced two years ago. Again.. they said it was based off of mileage, not observed necessity. As for the reason I towed it there in the first place: they said they didn't know why it did that and would be happy to replace all discs and pads but would be fine with me driving it that day without the change... needless to say I can't trust them with the safety of my family so we had it towed to a different mechanic down the street. Again.. how could I trust their judgement when they couldn't find the problem, didn't know what caused it, and then they offer me thousands in repairs for issues they didn't even confirm I needed.. it's so sad they have as good of ratings as they do. I wasted money and time. Very disappointing Forgot to mention: they deleted the online quotes and diagnosis when we told them we'd be taking it somewhere else. Seemed worth mentioning Follow up: took my car to master tech for a second opinion. Dave looked it over and determined the following recommended services were NOT needed: rear brakes and discs are FINE and don't need to be changed (they said they were worn and needed to be replaced, he said they have more than enough pad left), water pump is fine and NOT leaking, it does not need to be changed ( they said it was leaking and even sent a picture with liquid on it) and finally, there is one strut leaking lightly but both shocks do NOT have to be replaced. Oh and the caliper they said didn't have any issues (the original problem I went in for because it got stuck and started smoking)... it needs to be rebuilt to be safe to drive on. Yall.. I cannot stress my disappointment enough in Christian brothers and their dishonesty. They were going to perform thousands of dollars in work for no reason other than to make a buck off of me. They took advantage of my bad situation. Single income family of 6 whose car broke down 45 minutes from home. Not to mention they were going to let me drive it with the issue unresolved! You don't care about people, you have no integrity and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Update from the day after: Jeremy reached out after I completed their customer satisfaction survey. He was very apologetic and wanted to hear what happened. He offered to reimburse us for our tow and genuinely cared about fixing the issue internally. From a manager/owners perspective I hope he's able to narrow down what happened and address it with his employees. that way this doesn't happen to anyone else. I have to keep the review and rating honest from my perspective so I won't be changing that but still felt like he wants to run an honest business and will not tolerate for deceit or dishonesty from His employees.
