This is a low down filthy company with BAD customer service and should be put out of business for putting faulty vehicles out on the road and endangering society. This horrid company sold my brother a 2009 Jeep Wrangler, which is an off road vehicle and within 2 weeks the transfer case blew up and blew off the exhaust while driving less then 40 mph. When we called to tell them what had happened the salesman AJ became unresponsive, he's obviously trained what to do in roid likely common situation. Their incredibly awful manager Bentley said that because my brothers OFF ROAD vehicle had mud on it that it must be his fault and they refused to do anything about it. Now I traded the vehicle and can't seem to get in contact with anyone in the finance department to make sure they got my gap cancellation form because the last time I was trying to cancel my extended warranty, 3 forms got "lost" in the mail. I'm young with limited credit history went in applied for a loan sat for over an hour because they told me they could get me approved turns out they couldn't get me approved for the vehicle I wanted and test drove. So I call up my mother and get her approval to run her credit and they tell me to come Up tomorrow and we would sign the contracts and such I'm happy they are happy two days later I go up there after telling the gentleman I want the truck to hold it for me and the truck is sold. I'm leaving this review since I found out the big red Kia dealership and this dealership are connected. I was also offered financial compensation to remove my reviews by this dealership. I had found a truck listed on their website and inquired about it. Living 7 hours away I applied online and spoke to the finance team. After running my credit score and telling me verbatim "you're approved for anything on the lot" I decided to take a drive over there. Yes a 7 hour drive to look at one truck. After driving through a massive hail storm and the city icing over I finally made it to the dealership. I was then told that none of the lenders would pick up my app due to the milage on the vehicle and if I would be interested in any other vehicles there. I made it very clear to them on the phone before I made the 7 hour drive here to run my app and make sure there would be no hiccups and that I was only interested in that one truck. The plan was to come pick up a new truck but instead I feel like they talked the talk just to get me in the door. I'm out of an entire weekend and fuel/hotel costs just to get lied to. read more

BUYER BEWARE - NORMAN MISTUBISHI My son purchased a used vehicle from Norman Mitsubishi on Wednesday. Yes, two days ago. On the way home from the lot, the transmission dropped. He is a young newly married college student and cannot afford to finance a vehicle, so he saved and was able to buy one for $3000. When he called the dealer, he was told to bring the car in Thursday morning at 8:00 am. When he arrived, no one was there. He waited and finally received a text stating they would not be there until 10:30. At 10:30, when they finally arrived, they told him they had "another car they would sell him for the same price". When my son said he would look at that car, the dealership told him they couldn't find it. But they had yet ANOTHER car they would sell him for a mere $1000 more. Or they could fix his car, but he would have to pay for the repairs. After speaking with my son, I discovered that the dealership did not provide him a title. The dealership told him they have 30 days to get him the title. After looking up the laws concerning used vehicle sales in Oklahoma, and according to the Used Car Commission of Oklahoma, (and I quote) "Oklahoma law states that the title to a vehicle is to be delivered to the purchaser at the time of the delivery of the vehicle. The only exception to that is that the title may be delivered to the lending institution financing the purchase and the lending institution shall have twenty-five (25) days to perfect it's lien and thereafter deliver the title to the purchaser". My son did not finance this car and therefore should have received the title at the time of receipt of the car. This company has had it Better Business Bureau membership REVOKED for exactly this type of behavior, but they had the BBB stickers ON ALL THE DOORS. They have so many bad reviews online. If I could leave a Zero star review, I would. My husband had been working with a sales person for several days and were asking questions about a particular SUV. We had offered to leave a deposit to reserve the vehicle, but it was refused on their end. We live over 3 hours away and had to make arrangements to make the trip. We called and verified before we left that the vehicle was still available. The person we were working with said yes and they had keys in hand. 3 and half hours later, we arrived. The sales person took us back to look at the vehicle, but they couldn't find the keys. It turns out the vehicle had been sold an hour before. We were given so many excuses. The only true apology we were given was by the salesperson we were speaking with who took the blame for having left the keys in the SUV. The man who we believe was a manager (we were never really told what his capacity was at the dealership) first told us that the people who purchased the SUV were still there and actively paying for it. We told him we had cash in hand. We were told that they were paying full price plus "doc fees". It was then revealed to us that the sale was made by a friend of the dealer's owner and that that person doesn't even officially work for the dealership. We then also found out that whomever the gentleman was lied to us about the customer paying full price because it was sold to a wholesale lot who purchased multiple vehicles and got a bulk rate. The dealership tried to sell us a much older SUV, with higher miles, for $1100 more than the SUV we had actually come to purchase. We were beyond insulted at this point. To their credit, they filled up our gas tank, but only after we asked... a whopping $18 consolation prize for 7 hours and ~400 miles wasted. read more

I fould some of the cars on craigslist and was convinced to drive down to take a look. I meet a sales man that once I explained what i was looking for, told me how all there cars go through a safety inspection prior to being sold on the lot. I had a lost of vehicles I wanted to see however was told they were all on thier "sister" lot and they could bring them over later that day. However they insisted that I take a look at other vehiles they had. The salesman and his manager then took me to there "Auction lot" Trucks with broken frames, donut tires, lots of damage and seats slashed. Rightfully for the price I was looking for. You have got to be kidding me! I left and later discovered that the "sister" lot they were taking about was Big Red. After a brief discussion I learned none of the vehicles I was looking for were there either. They have no idea what is in there inventory. ..nor do they care about the safety of you in any vehicle they sale. They begin by getting you to give them you info and phone #. Sorry, Norman Mitsubishi. I know you wanted - and in fact, asked me for - a positive review that first night. You pushed trying to show yourself as better or attempting to stand out from Big Red. Even snapped a pic of me and my fiance after we finished the deal in front of our car. Smiles and promises. And a lot of lies. Full disclosure - management has changed since, and I have had a positive experience with Mary T? As the crooks who worked with us the first night, late September, had just come in when we arrived (we got the spiel about how they were new management and that Lackey 1 enjoyed working with Seller and Financer (I believe one of their names was Hunter), after terrible prior management. In a nutshell, we were there for at least three hours, well into the evening. Came for a Cruze we saw online. It wasn't there. Bait and switched to a more expensive car. First mistake - we came at night and weren't able to fully examine the hail damage. Lackey 1 (who still works there, as of my last visit in late October), outright said he had no idea about the car he was giving us a test drive in and his only contribution was to make us noxious with his smell and inability to answer questions. My fiance made them literally change their math, after which the Seller apologized for being out of it/not good with numbers that night. This math didn't stop the financer from raising the interest rate by 1%, of which he said was small and didn't matter. During the dealer process, he tried to sell us further on the car seeing that we had questions. We even had people listening in as we spoke with them on the phone. They weren't clear about the trim. They said the car hadn't been out of state. We pushed. "Oh, looks like actually..." it was out of state, sold via auction. We'd find out from the DMV that it was actually a rental vehicle. They said no damage or anything like that, showing us a (useless, in retrospect) Carfax. They misled us about the service agreement. Second mistake. We should have made them wait until midnight to read every. last. line. Especially when they misrepresented what was detailed. Even if the financer's "wife called" to see where he was. They pull multiple sources to check our credit (would get multiple mailings from other banks detailing this as time went on, which is fine), which was good enough to get us mediocre financing - that's fine. But then they tried to tie good financing to how much add-ons we received. Right as we were signing, Dealer 1 came in to tell us looks like their might be some hail damage we should know about. Huh. They just insisted it "wasn't reported" and that we didn't have to worry about it because we could come in during the next hail storm and have it fixed then. We got car. First night we had it, the passenger mirror breaks off. We luckily see Dealer and Seller and have them get it fixed. They order the part. Well, we'd find out, no they didn't (too bad, because they weren't there anymore when we would come in later to repair it - this is where Mary was helpful, showing that it was at least marked that we were owed that part). I also tell them to detail the car (done poorly) and that it would be really nice if we had, you know, a little oil in there since it was almost depleted. We were told a variety of other lies, received more unsolicited bad-mouthing about Big Red Norman, and more of the same. We get a call a small time later, asking us to come in and fill some papers out. We do, and ask about the hail damage again (I had this conversation on a phone, too). Note there are now multiple times - maybe three? - where we have asked them about the hail damage and they say they have it covered, that it won't be on us. We had in recording. We didn't know about the damage when we bought the car and were, in fact, mislead about the state of the car. Third mistake. Get everything in writing. Not enough room for full review, but basically we return and see new management. Lackey 1 pretends like he didn't hear any promises. New mgr Mary is helpful but we still go through a new Financer who says we don't understand when we say we can get same service agreement without $200 deductible and being overcharged $1000 (their comish, perhaps) for a product not from a scam company. Take everything with a grain of salt, when they say what the car is, where it is from, and what you'll get. read more

I spoke on the phone with a salesman twice about a certain car and he told me it was getting new tires but would call me when it was done. I then called to make sure it was there after work a few minutes later and was told he was with a customer. I called back 30 mins later and the same guy told me he was still with a customer. I never got a call back. I showed up to see it and no one acknowledged me but there was an office for employees only made of mirrored Windows that I could hear several people in. 15 mins later I go and ask a motorcycle salesman for help. My husband took the vehicle to Bob Moore Cadillac to have it checked out after the repairs. They said that a used motor was installed by someone that didn't know what they were doing. Our two daughters, one being 17, our grandson and the baby in the belly drove 10 hour in this car to our home. When they arrived the car was barely running! This dealership sold us a car with a trade, shook our hand on a total, we signed paperwork and provided the title for the trade in and now they are telling us to BRING THE CAR BACK to them because they made a mistake and thought they were paying off our other loan, even though I gave them exact dollar amount for payoff, and they have the car and title so they clearly know which car loan it is!! This is specific to Danny in Parts Department. My son owns a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander, which is, as we have found out, very difficult to get parts or info on. My son crushed the front bumper/fender continued driving without fixing fender, then crashed into giant sized heavy duty barrel cones cracked his transmission cooler, ignored and continued driving and destroyed the transmission. We bought what we could online but came across multi parts that were not available. I went into Norman Mitsubishi Parts and was helped by Danny, and have had to call on him numerous times over the past few months as we go along fixing car. He has been extremely helpful along the way; he took his time went over schematics with me and got on the phone with my husband many times when I could not answer specific questions. After spending the last couple of months car shopping, I was pleasantly surprised by most dealers attempts at being transparent - until I reached Norman Mitsubishi. I saw an ad that they listed on Craigslist with a particular car. I called the number and did not get an answer. A few minutes later, a girl named Brittany called me back advising that she was returning a missed car. After I explained that I was interested in a car that I saw online and may stop by, she said "great, I will be here until 9 p.m." I didn't make it in that night and over the next few weeks Brittany called me incessantly every day even calling my job. We finally made it to the dealership. I had filled out a credit application online, but when I arrived no one knew where it was and required me to fill out another paper application reassuring me that they were not running my credit again. The car that I was told was there was not there. In fact, none of the cars posted that day were there. The salesman tried to convince me to purchase a new car. We were going through all the steps, but something didn't feel right. Everything took an extremely long time. We literally sat for hours with other disgruntled customers for paperwork that should have taken minutes. No one could tell us who the lender was or what the price of the vehicle was. It was frustrating and at almost 11 p.m. we decided to leave. The dealers tried to get us to sign paperwork anyway telling us to leave our down payment, sign the papers and that they would deliver us the car. We said that we would return. A group of them hounded us until my husband just told them flat out "No!" Over the next week, Brittany called and texted us multiple times a day. She told me that they could save us more money and meet our terms, etc. That weekend, we went back and my husband discovered that there was hail damage all over the car. When we brought it to their attention, they told me that the car had already been marked down accordingly when the insurance check was received. I pulled out my phone and showed them that the car was $2000 less on the Mitsubishi site and at other car lots with no hail damage. They send over another salesman who is a washed up, has been football player who attempted to bully us into accepting the deal even saying "well, you can leave then." At one point I even overheard the general manager, an overweight sloppily dressed man, talking about my husband and I in the office with his merry band of thieves. The salesmen tried to get me to falsify my paystubs and even told me how! In the end, my credit was run 3 times! When I refused to falsify my pay stubs and accept a deal that was completely ridiculous for a car that was hail damaged, they came out after 11 p.m. (we arrived at 6 p.m.) and told us we were denied. This place is unprofessional and I don't understand how they are still in business. This is the biggest bait and switch, scheming outfit I have ever encountered looking for a car. I drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle they had on their lot, did everything in my power to have as much paperwork done so I wouldn't spend the whole day at the dealership. I was assured the truck would be there waiting for a test drive and ready to go. Once I showed up, the truck wasn't even on the lot, had an empty tank, and it took a good 30 minutes for them just to get everything ready, which they could have done while I was driving four hours to pick it up. The sales process was okay, and my saleswoman definitely tried to work with me, but once I got back home and attempted to register it in my state, I found out that the title wasn't signed and I am now stuck with a truck that I cannot legally drive until this is resolved. I've attempted to contact them via phone and email multiple times concerning this issue and have received no response whatsoever. read more

Worst dealership on the planet. Called about a vehicle and did the credit app before I went down there. Was told I was approved. Drove to the dealership to find out I wasn't. Complete waste of my time. This dealership definitely needs to go out of business. Worst experience of my life. I will definitely be talking to my command about this dealership it should be black listed for the military. read more

Drove 5 1/2 hours to look at a 2014 car that was describe by this dealership by a salesman and "perfect" inside and out. When I arrived, I immediately noticed dents and/or scratches on nearly every body panel and the interior was filthy. The only thing clean on the car was the engine compartment. I guess the positive thing is that they re-enforced the negative stereotype of used car sale/salesmen. read more
