The bid price was spot on and very fair. Her service covers a large portion of WA. If you are going to spend $10-15K on a wedding catering, you want to find 2-3 of the best caters in WA to find the perfect one. It would be a miss to not strongly consider Nola's catering.

I corresponded with Nola herself a couple of times in the weeks leading up to the event, and she was very accommodating and patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times regarding the menu and level of service. It is not cheap to have an event catered, period, but we wanted to have it be an extra-special celebration where we could enjoy ourselves with our guests without the hassle of preparing, warming, plating and serving food and making individual cocktails for everyone. Nola's came through, big time! Nola herself and her bartender, Brandi, arrived a couple of hours early and got themselves set up. We barely had to do a thing once we discussed with them where the bar and food platters should go. We got to just go upstairs and take our time getting ready, and come down a few minutes before the party start time and have Brandi fix us a drink to have in hand as our guests arrived. So luxurious! The party was so fun, thanks in large part to Nola and Brandi and the fabulous food, drinks, and service. Our guests raved about all of the yummy platters - particularly the shrimp with aioli sauce, the mushroom flatbread bites, the smoked salmon toasts, and the charcuterie board with roasted and pickled vegetables. People got extra glowy and happy from Brandi's amazing cocktails, including incredible manhattans and French 75s. Nola and Brandi chatted with our guests and even joined in some of the dancing at the end of the evening! We got to get glamorous and visit with everyone fully after so many months of cancelled and postponed events and having to worry about getting together with too many people. It was, in a nutshell, a truly special and memorable event thanks to Nola's, and was completely worth it. We will definitely be using them again. Highly, highly recommend.

Do your part and read through the negative reviews. There is a common theme. Here's my story…read more In the midst of the pandemic they continued to lie to us and left us questioning if our wedding would even be able to happen. Terrible customer service as they continue to lie to their guests. The event manager has absolutely no compassion for couples affected by covid and the COO is guilty for providing falsified information in order to keep as much money as they can. This family business is super FLAWED and I confidently place the blame on that one person. During covid they continued to string me along as their business was up in the air and later provided misinformation about the # of Guests I could bring. At first they told me I could invite 90 guests, so I sent my invitations, & even when the county remained in the same phase they came back and said "oops you can only invite 60 ppl max". They then told me that I could use my deposit as rental credit for another venue so I booked a different place and days later they said "sorry that was incorrect you can only use the deposited funds with T&TS only. At that point I was at a loss for words, I had already signed with a different venue and was basically tricked into losing my deposit with T&TS. They refused to give me back my full refund. They asked me to sign an nda which requested not to post any negative reviews, which I DID NOT sign. Just goes to show the only thing they care about is themselves. Don't be fooled, instead support a small business that truly cares about you and their customers.

For their package where you pick 3 meats we suggested picking 2 and having a vegetarian option instead for the third. He said no this isnt necessarily, pick the three meats and he will throw a couple portabella mushrooms on the grill for the few vegetarians. He said to include them in the final count and email him before the event with the number of vegetarians and to let the vegetarians know to request them from the servers, as if they put them out on the buffet everyone will eat them. We did this and he responded to the email with the final invoice which we paid before the event. Day of the wedding we find out at the end of the meal our vegetarians asked about the mushrooms and they were told it wasn't on the invoice and we never paid for it. Absolutely embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. Now our guests think we didn't do anything for them and it was our mistake. We did pay for them and was told they'd have mushrooms instead. Reached out to voice my disappointment vs going to a review and his response was my cordinator should have noticed it wasn't on the invoice (i told her this is how he wanted it done and that's why they weren't there) and he also mentioned the food that was there turned out good as if that was supposed to fix everything. They are too busy opening up their new restaurant and don't care about you. Don't trust them for your big event!

For nearly $4000 the cold sandwiches and meager salads sans the promised fruit did not taste good, nor were they presented in an attractive way. In retrospect could have done better with Panera. Also, though additional money was sent for their contracting to set out tables and chairs (Pagoda House--Pt. Defiance)--those who came to serve knew nothing about that arrangement. The wedding party ended up setting out all of the tables and chairs though it had been prepaid for to Jonz Catering. One funny thing--the owner of Jonz Catering said that food should not be taken out by guests. Frankly few wanted to, so that was not a problem. Though polite, many guests complained to others in our wedding party about the poor quality of food. The only good thing about the experience with Jonz Catering were the two women servers who stayed (the owner or woman I made arrangements with left quickly). The two servers were polite and graciously cut our wedding cake when the baker left. I would warn not to use Jonz Catering. I did not have a good experience. I have been embarrassed about the quality of served food and it was definitely a disappointment of our important day.
