Muddy pup is amazing! They truly care not only about doing an amazing grooming job but they also…read moreensure your fur baby is as comfortable as possible throughout their spa day! We have been taking our oldest pug here for close to a year, he has very sensitive skin and the team at Muddy Pup has always made sure to use the best shampoo for his skin and they always make sure he doesn't get cologne. These maybe minor details make all the difference and really shows how much Muddy Pup cares about not just making sure your pet looks the best but they make sure they will feel their best even after leaving the groomers. Our family just adopted a rescue pug and it was her first spa day with her big brother and the team at Muddy Pup was so caring and gentle with our rescue, our family can't thank you enough! We were nervous to take our rescue pug knowing what her past couple months have looked liked but Muddy Pup let us know she was more timid and needed big brother, they even let her air dry instead of using the dryers since they could see she was a bit more overwhelmed. This attention to detail meant so much to my husband and I! We know our rescue will enjoy her spa days more and more as time goes on but we also know the team at Muddy Pup will help ensure she is comfortable and my husband and I have so much peace of mind knowing when they go to the spa they are in the best hands! Thank you so much Muddy Pup! (Photos from their most recent spa day, dog nail polish was added on later in the evening by my husband and I)

After having a bad experience at my previous groomer, I was a little hesitant to try somewhere new,…read morebut I'm so glad I did. They were able to get my dog in the same day, which was a huge plus. They did an amazing job! My dog looks so cute, and the haircut is exactly how I wanted it. It's usually really hard to find a groomer who gets his look just right, but they absolutely nailed it. Everyone was friendly, the process was easy, and you can tell they care about the dogs. I'll definitely be bringing him back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer!

first time writing a review but this is well needed. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, PLEASE THINK TWICE…read moreBEFORE BRINGING THEM HERE. I apologize for the long winded review. I have a mini poodle who is about a year old and has had approximately a dozen haircuts without ever experiencing an injury. I decided to try a new grooming salon, and unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision. After his appointment at The Groom Room, I noticed cuts around his private areas, and the tip of his private area appeared extremely red and inflamed. I was understandably concerned, especially because this had never happened after any of his previous grooming appointments. I called the very next day to express my concerns, and instead of taking them seriously, Gabrielle, the owner and groomer, immediately dismissed me and insisted that the injuries did not happen there. To be fair, I could not personally confirm exactly where his injuries occurred, but neither could Gabrielle or her employee. That is precisely why I sought a professional medical opinion rather than making assumptions. I took my dog to the veterinarian as soon as possible. After examining him, the vet provided a written statement documenting their findings and confirming my concerns regarding his injuries and infection. I returned to the salon with that documentation, hoping they would take the situation seriously. Instead, I was once again dismissed and treated disrespectfully as a paying customer. As a pet owner, it is incredibly upsetting to trust someone with your fur baby who cannot tell you what happened to them, only to feel that your concerns are being brushed aside when something goes wrong. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds to a customer's legitimate concerns speaks volumes about its professionalism and accountability. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that my dog has had wonderful experiences at his usual grooming salon, with no injuries whatsoever. I tried somewhere new, and this is the result. I will not be returning. I am sharing photos of his injuries, the veterinary documentation, and other customer reviews so that fellow pet owners can make an informed decision before trusting this business with their animals. Our pets depend on us to protect them, and they deserve to be treated with care, patience, and respect. I would never want another pet owner to experience the same stress and frustration I have experienced throughout this situation. Please do your research before booking an appointment here. I know I will never make the mistake of switching from a groomer I trust again.
