We were very…read moreapprehensive as we've only boarded Artie once and Gwen was abandoned with us and we've never boarded her nor did we know how she'd react. Thankfully, the experience couldn't have been more of a relief. We brought both dogs in before heading to the airport and they immediately took to the staff. The staff assured us they'd be just fine and quickly took care of all administrative items and catalogued their items. Off to the airport we went, still a little worried. We had barely made it through security before we saw a post on Pup Hub's Facebook page welcoming Artie and Gwen with pictures of them playing in the yard. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. Over the next 4 days, Pup Hub posted adorable pictures of them at least three times a day to let us know they were doing well. When we got back, I don't know if the dogs were even ready to go! They seemed to both have a great time and the team there said they did well. They ate their food, enjoyed their treats and played with their toys, which is a great sign they were comfortable. We'll definitely be utilizing Pup Hub in the future!

I expressed to the employees that she does not do well in isolation, yet on her very first day all they did was isolate her because she "wouldn't calm down" but the whole reason she didn't calm down is because she was by herself. Then the front desk man proceeded to call me RUDE! this is not the way to speak to your customers and quite literally the easiest way to lose business. Do better. Also employees and management complete a**holes. Edit: 1 day later I found a new place who actually listens to their guests. Guess what?! She's fine. I highly recommend WAG hotels! They say it's just a matter of time before my dog jumps the fence at the new place but apparently she tried to escape out of camp bow wow within minutes. She has been at daycare for 8 hours and has yet to escape. Again LISTENING to your guests is your best option.

I have a different dog now - a Maltese puppy named Maxwell - who is just over a year old. I started bringing him for Day Camp in the first quarter of 2024. He was very timid and unsure of what to do, but the excellent "camp counselors" at Pawhootz were so patient in doing their evaluations and making sure he felt safe and secure. Now, he acts like he owns the place! When I ask him if he wants to "go play," he goes berserk! And as soon as we pull into the driveway, chaos (the good kind) ensues. He has a little BFF that attends regularly, as well. When I pick him up at the end of the day, he is happily exhaunted. I confess that I balked a bit at the price and having to pay all at once at the beginning of each month; however, Maxwell attends day camp three times per week - when I can't work from home and must be in Dallas all day, I have real peace of mind knowing that he is well taken care of. Also, I love peeking in on the Webcam to see him playing with his buddies - it's the best part of my day! The management at Pawhootz is excellent - they are very responsive to questions and concerns, and they actually listen! You can tell that they have a heart for animals, and they treat them as if they were their own. We have been learning about boarding during the holidays. I was confident that he was safe and well cared for during the holidays. And they are working with me to find ways to alleviate his anxiety - puppies get anxious sometimes when we're away for longer than they are used to! We have not had a full groom here yet, but Maxwell got a luxurious bath and blueberry facial recently! They did a lovely job of brushing and cleaning him up - he was a happy peppy puppy when they brought him out to me. In summary, I highly recommend Pawhootz as a reliable, safe, secure, and trustworthy place to board fur babies. Between the creative enrichment activities and the amazing employees, they are a fun place for a few hours or a few days.

I feel that he has been in your Trusted Hands as before that you would have had Protocols to insure the comfort of my Pet and Safety of the Groomer. I almost bought a bird for my granddaughter, but my daughter would not have been happy to have another pet at home. Carolyn let him be hands-on with the bird and they bonded quickly. She was so very patient with him and taught him so much about this tiny cockatiel. If I named every positive thing that transpired with our three animals that the clinic has helped us out with, this will turn into a novel. Let's just say they were more than generous and took really good care of our animals and our family through the tough times when we had to put our dogs down after their long beautiful lives. We now have a new puppy and two cats who are also patients at the clinic. Not only do they offer veterinary services they also offer spa and boarding services. At really reasonable prices especially when compared to other places. And the staff is always so sweet. We took our oldest cat Larry for a check up not too long ago and it was only $60 for the whole visit and check up.
