I usually go to a regular (with workers) car wash, but at $32 each time plus tip, it becomes very expensive to keep my car looking great. Whitewater Express Car Wash is near my home so I decided to give it a try. Jarvis came over to the entrance and welcomed me. He was very helpful in my decision to purchase a monthly pass. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After I drove though I entered the lobby of the business. There I spoke to Jarvis who had me complete a short info card and brought a sticker (which is recognized by a scanner to approve my car washes) to my car and placed it inside my front windshield. He was very friendly and helpful. He also gave me a free cup and towel for buying the monthly pass. I really liked that each vacuum station had an air blower to clean out the cracks! The vacuums were very strong and easy to use. For $29.99/month I can now get my car washed everyday if I like. A much better deal I think. read more

ABSOLUTELY AVOID ANY KIND OF SIGN UP for membership FROM THIS COMPANY! I haven't had an account or been to this place in over a year and come to find out they were pulling monthly charges that got by me until my taxes. I went by and they show I didn't even have an account. I've called and emailed and called with no response at all. I'm reporting this business to the BBB next if I don't get a call back. I was just refunded for several months of charges and will continue to be refunded for services not rendered. read more

Be careful at the one on Telge Rd. Went for the $10 wash yesterday was encouraged by the employee to help the breast cancer fund by giving them $15 and then get the $10 wash and a second free wash with the coupon if I go back this month. I mistakenly gave them my cell number and this morning I receive a text thanking me for joining a White Water membership and the next months fee would be pulled from my debit card Nov 14. What ??? I went thru several screens on my cell to cancel the membership and hope I was successful. Will say the car wash does a good job. read more

purchased a membership, on first wash the car went off the guiderail and almost hit the framework. I had followed all the directions. I Asked what had happened and was told they were reviewing the footage. Never heard anything back. I asked corporate to refund my membership due to the incident and that I wouldn't be returning. They stated because I got it washed they can't do anything about it but I am welcome to keep using the membership. How would I know the equipment is faulty if I'd never gotten it washed?? The customer service rep mmmhhhmmmed me the whole conversation - it was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. there are lots of options when it comes to car washes in this area of town, save yourself some money, time and hassle and choose elsewhere. read more

Everyone is so sweet and the service is great! Lots of resources available and it's great that all interior cleaning services are free. Not too expensive and never had a bad experience!! read more

State of the art facility with good vacuums and friendly staff. Go the extra mile to provide top quality service.

So I started coming here every week when it opened. The women there are so nice that I keep coming back. But the last two weeks I have come here I get stopped after I pay for someone to come touch the bottom part of my car it's a piece that's connected to my side where my tire sits my spare and it wasn't put back together. I haven't had any problems with going through this car wash with it but now someone always has to stop me bend down touch it and say something. I was told that I would get caught on the belt and go into another driver I was told it could come off and hit the car behind me. The guy stopped me today bent over and I had to have a whole conversation about my tire and the side with him and a woman and she even had to tell him I come here weekly. I just want to pay for my car wash and be able to vacuum out my kids crumbs in peace without getting stopped and explain that it was taken apart to get the spare tire under my seat floor and wasn't connected back. Other than that issue my kids enjoy the water show my car gets cleaned. read more

There was a nice guy name Gary, working there that took care of me. Good gave me a free air freshener and had a good conversation with me. Made my day a whole lot better and he provided me with the right stuff from my car without me having to go find it. Thank you, Gary read more

The guide rail in the Galveston car wash tore a 3" gash in one of my tires costing $325. They refused to honor my claim and blamed the damage on me. Stay away ! read more

I have been going here for 5yrs and my suv back was never clean. Now my mini cars aren't. Went through 3x in one day with one car and still had tons of spots, plus it trapped me and stopped 5 out of 5 times. Was rear ended in this wash 4 years ago I already have nightmares. Will be our family of 3 since our cars come out dirty every time. read more

Love all the amenities and the helpful workers. Towels aren't stained. Thanks y'all!

I have a monthly subscription plan to this place. It is well worth it! I can take my car in every single day if I want to. The staff is always friendly. They always greet me with a smile. It's right across the street from my house. My car is squeaky clean every time. I absolutely love this place! read more

This place is relatively new to our area and I have to say, the convenient location is why I first came here. I keep coming back due to the quality of wash and how friendly everyone is. For starters I have had my car washed at maybe 10 different "drive thru" car washes but this one impressed me from the start. They brush the front end and rear portion of your car before you even start the car wash. This is critical to me because I drive a lot and have murdered countless bugs and need more than what the spinny mechanical brush does. Every time I have been here I have been thanked before I start the automated process by the person who scrubbed my vehicle. So customer service also gives this place top marks. Once completed with the wash you have a rug cleaner machine, compressed air hose, and high suction vacuums all for free. It can be a bit loud so if you have sensitive hearing, bring some plugs. Overall this place is amazing. Might just buy the car wash plan so I can save some coin. Syoy! read more

Could not be happier with the wash and service here. All of the equipment works well and the staff of friendly and helpful.

If you want to ruin a brand new paint job, take it there. Filtration system obviously leaves too many minerals in water. Hard water spots left behind pit the paint and almost impossible to get off even with a clay rub. Scratches all over hood and fender. 200 miles on truck and I guess I learned my lesson. read more

I hate this Place. There have been two separate times that I've gotten an account with them. and this douche Trey W had to blocked my account bc I don't glue the sticker on my car windshield. I am not going to have this service forever and I don't want left over glue from the sticker on my windshield. Plus all the sticker look bad. Cancelled my service. read more

I love car washes that you don't have to get out of especially when you have little ones with you. I got the $9 wash and when you pay it will list what is offered with each level. Paid at the machine and went straight in. The guy at the front cleaned my hood and windshield since I had a lot of bugs on them. He directed me in and it was easy the rest of the way. It gave my car plenty of time to go through the dryers as well. You don't have a time limit on the vacuums like some places which was wonderful. There are plenty of spaces to pull in to use the vacuums. Will definitely be back! read more

I have a nice 2018 black Genesis. I clean it once a week and it always looks sharp. I was worried about those automated car washes damaging the paint, but after a year, it is still shiny new. Treigh the manager is always around making sure the crew is taking care of my baby and comes out to chat while I vacuum. I highly recommend the monthly plan. read more

I have been very pleased with the quality of the washes I get here. I normally hand wash but on occasion when I'm in a hurry or just lazy I'll bring my car by here. I would say for an automatic wash, it's about a 9/10. I've noticed my wheels will sometimes have dust and dirt on them which was missed, but there are some places those brushes just can't get. I usually bring towels with me to get those places. Combined with the vacuum and compressed air, this is a great car wash. The air really helps in drying. The service from the attendants is also top notch as well. There is always someone that comes by and asks if everything turned out okay. If not, they will run it through again in order to make it right. A+ read more

Zero stars.... this place ruined my paint job. And after being on the phone with corporate, I know I will never go there again. If you love your car, dont go here. read more

Have to agree with the rest of the good reviews here. Don't know what it is but, compared to other drive thru and full service car washes in the area, this is probably the best. The compressed air hoses alone are reason enough to go. Truck looks great after the wash. read more

Lunden Davis is very nice every time I go. As well as asking if I need anything the teams customer service is amazing. They are always welcoming everyone with a smile. The location is very convenient on Telge road and it is always clean. My car always looks amazing after I leave the location! Will reccomend this car wash to anyone! read more

This car wash knows what they're doin. I got the Gold wash and for the first time ever I actually got a tire shine that actually covered the whole tire. Nice staff, vacuums work great. Glad to have it in the neighborhood! read more

Excellent service, noticed that the car wash missed a spot on my passenger side and they offered to let me go back through the wash after I was done complimentary vacuuming. read more

Austin Covert is amazing! He went above and beyond to get the bugs off of my bumper, windshield, and side mirrors! Most car washes that I've been to before often just give it a quick pass with the brush and let you go through regardless of whether or not everything was off. Austin went above and beyond to get those bugs off. Thank you Austin and WhiteWater Telge team for friendly faces and great service! read more

Love the place! Clean environment and have towels to use. Vacuums are strong and in excellent condition!

It is cleaner than most other washes but I don't care for the scrubbing as I believe it will scratch my car over time.

I really like this car wash because their customer service is great and they have very good vacuums. Some places you go the vacuums really suck no pun intended. And my suv looks very clean afterwards. Great place clise to the house read more

Great customer service! Joseph helped me clean my car mats and was very friendly and professional!

Let me start off by saying the customer service is good and the guys that work there are nice guys. BUT the car wash itself is complete trash and doesnt actually clean your vehicle hardly at all. I have an F-150 and I have had to go through multiple times on more than one occasion. My grille, tailgate, under my fenders and my running bords are always still dirty read more

I have been a loyal plan member at WhiteWater Express Car Wash for the past two years. While all the WhiteWater locations produce great results, my favorite location is Telge due to the uplifting atmosphere. The store is always immaculately kept and the employees really go above and beyond to make your car wash experience superb. The general manager, Treigh, always has a smile on his face. He takes the extra time to make sure your car comes out clean. I appreciate the hard work that each person puts in at the Telge store and I want to make sure they know they're making a difference each day. I look forward to stopping in for weekly car washes. read more

I would give this wash -5 stars if I could. I brought my car for a wash, pulled into the bay to dry it with their towels, starting at the front end, and immediately noticed on my black benz these shiny lines glistening in the sun. After further inspection these shiny lines were scratched ALL OVER MY CAR. An employee on duty immediately completed an incident report and said a store manager would be calling me. I have spoken to the store manager (Treigh, super rude and disrespectful) and Austin, the regional manager, who was very respectful, and both refused to cover the cost to repair my car. These are the facts that I know, 1) I only take my 2 year old black benz to this wash when I don't hand wash it myself, 2) I am meticulous with my car, and know it very well, I would have seen the scratched all over my car, 3) I went to 3 detailers to try to find out how I can get this rectified, and when I asked them how this could have happened, they all immediately said a car wash. It's obvious this happened at the car wash. The cost to fix my car is $750. WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a sister company of Louetta Automotive, so $750 is chump change to them. However, they refused to do what was morally right and pay for my car to get repaired as it was OBVIOUS this happened at their car wash. DO NOT take your car here. They will not fix your car if this happens to you. They will run from the responsibility. They are not a business that enhances the local community, they are the exact opposite. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are crooks. read more
