I don't really know what I'm doing and I'm so glad the staff was so eager to help and guide me to the right direction! Definitely coming back if I need to fix anything else. I think they fix window screens too.

Vinny came to our home and assembled our natural gas Weber grill. He did such an amazing job!!!…read more Our outdoor gas line didn't have the proper connectors for the quick connect. After visiting several other closer ACE hardware stores, whose staff had no absolutely idea how to help us-- we travelled out of our way to this ACE hardware. Vinny knew the right size of reducing coupling and nipple connector we needed. He ordered for us right away since it wasn't in stock and made the whole grill experience a breeze. Sorry our contractor ended up getting the reducing coupling so we didn't come back. But we will head to this ACE hardware above all other ACE hardware. Worth the extra drive to go to this branch!!!

I went to the back and stood at the counter waiting for her to acknowledgee as I did not want to interrupt her while she was working on the computer. I explained that I was trying not to be rude and interrupt her. She then continue huffing and puffing and mumbling on and on. Note to the owner: this employee is miserable at this job and taking it out on your customers for no reason. Please replace her if your value your customers and your business. I will not step foot back in to your store and engage with her. I'll be going down just a few blocks to Bell Hardware

My doctor was around the neighborhood so I had him send my prescription over to this place for me to pick up. I had to wait 10 minutes for my meds but ended up shopping around for 45 minutes; I walked by a ton of things that I found useful so ended up purchasing them to save a trip elsewhere. Prices here seem to be cheaper or on par with other stores around the neighborhood. The pharmacy has a delivery service which can be very convenient but I think I'd prefer to come into the store to shop and check out whats new. Seems like they dedicate a whole room for seasonal, holiday and back to school times which is a plus. Everything was stocked up neatly and easy to find. The staff was attentive and aware of customers; very nice and friendly. Overall satisfied with my experience here and def would recommend.
