However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

Our home looks like a cross-eyed one-armed 5-year old primate painted it. We'd spoken to the builder about the horrid paint job and were told "it's within acceptable minimum standards" and in the next breath we were asked "can you see it from 10 feet away in natural light?" There's nothing about "minimum standards" and standing "10 feet away in natural light" on Bend Painting's website. Bend Painting, after all, advertises itself as "Bend Oregon's Premier Painting Company" So we called Bend Paint because this paint job is NOT representational of the quality of work they advertise all over their website. Bend paint hasn't returned the calls.

I didn't have the previous paints/stains and other companies wanted me to pick out the colors and do the sample painting. Instead Dale goes the extra mile and suggests colors and does the samples for you. It's a full service job. The crew was always super friendly and respectful when they were on site. We purchased the lot, Greg recommend an architect - we did the plans, and Greg built. During the entire process, we dealt with Greg, his office assistant, or foreman (Aaron then Brad). We were IMPRESSED by Greg's staff, as well as all of his subcontractors. We live out of state, and building a home 500 miles away can be stressful. Greg's knowledge and professionalism really helped to reduce stress. ALL of his subs were very responsive, and the job was done onetime, and a bit over budget (but the budget overage was totally our doing, not Greg's). Greg made the process very simple by meeting the subs to pick out materials, etc. The finished product won several awards in the 2011 Central Oregon builders tour of homes - including - best in show - for the price range. A great testament to Greg's attention to detail and professional product. We would (and have already) recommend Greg as a builder to anyone looking for a great product, someone very easy to work with and someone with a great staff/sub-contractors.
