I went here this morning around about 7:30 quarter to 8:00 a.m. I place the order of hot cakes…read moreplain with bacon and eggs pay the young lady and she said my order is $16 is some change then I asked her I said that's right then she said it's $12.63 I said okay I gave her a 20 she gave me back $7 even and she said thank you and I said Thank you too appreciate it so I looked at my food and my change and I said excuse me ma'am you gave me $7 with and I gave you $20 so where is my change and she spoke and said we really don't give back the change and I say how come you would say that cuz I don't know that no one will get back they change she said my manager is not here so I can't give you any change back I said well you should have asked me or told me what was going on instead of just taking it up on yourself because I didn't know at the time so she looked kind of confused she said give me a moment and I said okay so I saw another employee waitress I asked her I said other lady say that y'all don't give back their change and she said ma'am she will give it back to you just ask her when she come back and I seen the lady was telling her to come take care of me waving at her so and I told the lady that y'all don't give the customer back their change like well she gave me $7 and I gave her $20 and I said she took up on herself not to give my change about that time I really was getting confused and unappreciative of that the way she handled it she said my manager is not here she's haven't came in yet and she will give you your change and I said well I didn't know why you didn't tell me or ask me did I want to keep my change or not instead of taking up on yourself to keep it so she said give me a minute please and I waited then she came back and said I'm going to give you an extra dollar in a place of that 37 Cent and I'm like well ohh! okay and I looked at my food and I said plain pancakes with bacon and eggs and she said it when she placed it my order but the cook didn't do what I asked the end up putting that white powder sugar on it and that's not what I asked for so about that time I was getting angry or upset I sat there for a moment didn't say anything and walked out I don't understand how come the waitress would handle the situation like that and plus my order wasn't fixed the way it was supposed to be fixed so I just throw my order away when I got home completely cuz it's not what I asked for also I didn't tell no one that it was wrong on my order my lesson is learned this morning for this incident that I didn't quite understand what was going on‍‍
