The lady who made it acted annoyed, like it was somehow my fault, when she was the one who didn't make it right in the first place. She made another one, but instead of actually fixing the issue by making sure the ice cream went into the cone, she just slammed it into a cup and pushed it down with the cup--then handed me the cup with the cone stuck in it. I thought maybe the ice cream would at least be stuck to the cone this time, but nope. It was just stuck to the cup. If I wanted a cup, I would've asked for one. I came in for a cone. Then, to top it all off, they still charged me for the first one that fell. And honestly? The ice cream wasn't even that good. Definitely won't be coming back.

I guess people can just hang out on the rails if really want to sit outside. The pricing is about what other Ice cream shops charge but that is to be expected. The business is set up about as well as can be for the space. Customer service is a little distracted but with teenagers it is what it is. Local to Chapin it is a great idea, reminds me of Marble Slab without having to drive all the way to Irmo. We will probably return, so convenient in town.
