During the last six months the telephone system was screwed up. For each prescription I wanted to refill, I would use the phone to leave the script number and the recording would say it was incorrect and I had to speak with a staff member. It was an annoyance but tolerable. I was going there at least once a month and didn't know until my brother told me the pharmacy had permanently closed the day after I picked up my prescriptions. Why on earth didn't the pharmacist tell me that when I was there. Later I learned a lot of people in the community weren't told of the closing. Refills are almost always done within moments of being ordered and the app makes things easy. Forget about the frustrating waiting time and poor service at the chain pharmacy. You can't beat folks seeing your face and knowing who you are, but also knowing to check the names of the others in your family so you can pickup everything at once. Our son has epilepsy and has recently learned to become responsible for ordering his own refills and I couldn't love this team more for being kind and understanding as he navigated this important step to adulthood (forgetting to request timely refills occasionally) He also recently underwent brain surgery and was in the hospital for several weeks. The team asked about his status and were big cheerleaders when he returned home. This is a phenomenal group of people and if you live in this community and aren't taking advantage of having this blessing, you're really missing out!

I had to listen to unnecessary announcements like "Just so you know..." I have been in the que with 2 callers ahead of me for 20 minutes now. I have heard your "We're sorry, there are 2 callers ahead of you" I must have heard "We're sorry" 30 times now. I don't t your SORRY. I want you to staff up or put a call back feature, so you don't eat up so much of my personal time trying to fix your problems... Oh, that's great, it just hung up on me I gotta start using the local Shoprite Kleins. They are cheaper and MUCH MUCH better staffed. U guys are losing sooo much business, I'm sure. This is SO UNECESSARY, so you can save on labor costs. Those poor employees. I'd drive there in 10 minutes, but then I must face THE LINE AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW and/or INSIDE THE STORE.
