The staff member who greeted me was friendly, and I mentioned I was looking for a deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the massage I received was much lighter than expected. Additionally, the therapist left the room multiple times (around five times) during the session, checking her phone. While I understand there can be interruptions, especially if you're the only person working, I was disappointed that these breaks weren't accounted for. I assumed the 10 minutes she spent away would be added to the end of the massage, but that didn't happen. I also had to remind the therapist several times that I wanted a deeper pressure, as the massage felt too light, and at times, it felt like she wasn't applying much pressure at all, despite me explaining it at the beginning. Toward the end of the session, when it seemed clear I wasn't interested in a "special massage," the therapist rushed through the final part of my treatment, and it felt like the session ended abruptly. Overall, my experience didn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this spa. Cleanliness was also a major factor. i saw one cockroach and a lot of spiders/spider webs in corners.
