It didn't feel thorough or professional at all. After the massage, things got even more uncomfortable. They were very pushy about getting a tip. I told them I would go to the bank next door to get cash, and one of the workers actually followed us outside waiting for it. That felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they offered my male friend inappropriate services, which is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a legitimate business, and that kind of behavior is not okay. When it came to the blow dry, she must have had the heat up to the max because it was burning my scalp. This whole experience was just rough.
