I think it was a ginger treatment. Did not get that the 2nd time so when I come back, will definitely request for that treatment again. The bar area with complimentary drinks is such a great touch and makes this place stand out. The facility is clean, peaceful, and spacious. I've been to other head spa businesses with the same price ranges and VN Beauty Spa is definitely one of my favorite. One area of improvement I would suggest is that I got a bit cold in the treatment room so having a thicker or weighted blanket would've added so much more to my experience.

I told them I would go to the bank next door to get cash, and one of the workers actually followed us outside waiting for it. That felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they offered my male friend inappropriate services, which is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a legitimate business, and that kind of behavior is not okay. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Poor service, uncomfortable experience, and not worth the money.

She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

The younger receptionist first told me that I couldn't use it toward their BOGO special. I questioned this since the gift certificate was purchased directly from their website. When I asked if they could credit my husband instead, she eventually agreed that I could use it, but only if I paid the full price for the Glow Facial rather than receiving the advertised $30 discount. The Glow Facial was recommended by the receptionist when I specifically asked which treatment would help clear out my pores. Unfortunately, I later felt that this wasn't the most suitable treatment for what I was looking for. The older receptionist was initially pleasant, but her attitude seemed to change after I shared my honest feedback about the Glow Facial. I explained that the treatment felt more focused on massage than on the actual facial. She became defensive and noticeably less friendly, particularly when I mentioned that I would consider joining Alle when I returned to redeem my BOGO facial. The interaction felt uncomfortable, almost as though I was being tag-teamed, and it eventually led to me signing up for Alle. To be fair, the esthetician was very nice. However, I was disappointed with the treatment itself. The actual facial portion lasted only about 30 minutes, with the rest of the appointment focused on massage.
