Dora, the young lady who gave me the massage, was absolutely wonderful--kind, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly wants her clients to feel better. I called ahead for a 3pm deep tissue massage, but when I arrived, they were busy and asked me to wait 30 minute...This was red flag #1 but i decided to wait in my car outside for 30 minutes. When I finally got in, I had to remind the therapist multiple times that I wanted a deep tissue massage. The pressure was so light it literally felt like a tickle, and I gave up asking for a deeper pressure after asking over, and over, and over... To make matters worse, during the session, the therapist left the room for about 8 minutes to talk to someone, and I could hear her switching between my massage and another customer. I am 99% sure she was working on me and another person at the same time. When I flipped over, I experienced an inappropriate touch. I told her I wasn't comfortable and didn't want that, but instead of finishing the session as paid, she left the room again, came back quickly wiped me down and ended the massage early. I tipped $15, and when I did, I overheard her yelling at another employe through the hallway. I felt like she was upset and calling a guy over to demand more money, so i rushed out of the place without my socks on. This experience was so bad when I got home i did some research and found provocative ads online for this business that don't match the experience. For anyone reading this who is looking for that, be warned the staff looks absolutely nothing like the pictures i saw on some of these ads they have online - I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone

This was mostly due to the fact that over the course of an hour, only my back, chest, and legs were massaged. My neck was barely touched and my shoulders, arms, and feet weren't touched at all. It felt like the hour went by extremely quick since only part of my body was tended to. It was difficult to relax for me because I kept wondering when she was going to finish doing my back. I guess I could've addressed it at the time, but I've never had to bring it up with any other masseuse. Again, it felt good but just didn't do it for me and I ended up leaving a little disappointed.
