Curtie Mullins and his crew did ~$25K worth of work on my home doing some repairs around the house…read moreas well as deconstructing and building an enclosed deck off the first floor of my home. Mistakes will happen of course, and there were many but, when I asked a few times that they be repaired, they were addressed. However, in June 2023 when C&C was finalizing the deck, Mr. Mullins recommended that I use Ronald Owens to install gutter guards around my whole house since gutters were going to need to be replaced due to the new deck. The fee for the gutter guards was supposed to be $600 to which I agreed and included in my payment to C&C. Mr. Owens installed the guards while Mr. Mullins was working on my deck. Afterwards, each time it rained; the rain came down in a sheet of water in the front of my house despite the new gutter guards. I alerted Mr. Mullins to the issue while he was here, and he stated (without climbing on a letter and looking at the guards) that they were covered by debris falling from my trees and that he would return with a blower to remove the debris. He never returned - despite another reminder in person when they were painting my deck, two emails (starting in July 2023), 11 text messages and six photos of the gutter guards. The gutter guards are completely clear - I had perfect photos taken which I shared with Mr. Mullins hence, my pleas to fix the situation. However, he ignored by pleas for help. I have also called Mr. Owens three times, sent five text messages and sent a photo of the gutter guard showing that it is free of debris. Neither company is responding so, the gutter guards were a waste of money and time. In the event it is helpful to know these facts, I am placing them here. Thank you.

As we approached the service date, he communicated details effectively. On day of service, he kept us notified as our time slot approached. He arrived on time. He estimated 2 hours, and he finished on time. Alex was extremely thorough: cleaning windows, screens, siding, trim, gutters, bricks, stone, and metal roofing. He also included deck washing and walking stone/pavers as part of the work. Moreover, he pressure washed our front porch bench for free. Everything was extremely clean, with many items restored to like new condition. The soft wash process with rinse also avoided any damage to paint, etc. Great job, Alex! I would highly recommend you for future work.

I was looking for someone to paint my kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as trim, ceilings and walls. It's easy to find a painter, there are so many, but you want someone who is reputable. Mike had before and after photos of his work especially cabinet painting which helped me make my decision. I was a little nervous about painting the cabinets and how it would turn out. Mike painted our cabinets, walls, trim and ceilings in the kitchen and bathrooms. He did a fantastic job properly prepping the surfaces. Everything turned out great. My wife is so happy.
