I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. The man cleaned the downstairs bathroom then had to go to the store for the woman. He was gone for about 45 minutes. After about two hours they started packing up. Since I was told it was a three hour minimum at $75/hour, I asked them to clean a few more areas. I felt like I had to micromanage and wondered what would have been left undone if I wasn't home to give direction. They did a good job but some things were done quickly. For example, the appliances on the kitchen counter weren't moved to be cleaned under or around. My daughter's room wasn't vacuumed, and some of the windows were left uncleaned. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the cleanings, the staff used harsh cleaning chemicals on my marble floors that were not appropriate for natural stone. As a result, my marble floors sustained significant damage. The cost to repair the damage was $1,690. I obtained multiple estimates, and this amount was reasonable--in fact, another repair estimate was significantly higher. They were also observed using a bucket of water and a wet mop to clean my hardwood floors. They have refused to compensate me as I did not give them notice within 24 hours. Given the damage caused and the quality of the service, I would like to pursue a small claims against the company. I believe they have blocked my phone number, and unfortunately, they have no visible address so I have been unable to give them proper service. Stop hiding and allow my day in court!
