In June 2022, I paid $1,200 in cash to have the carburetors rebuilt on my vintage 1982 Magna 750cc. For months, Elliot gave excuse after excuse and didn't start the work. Eventually, he told me to come get the bike, which was still not running. I had no way to store or move it at the time, since the whole point was to have it repaired and made road-ready. Without warning or notice, Elliot got rid of my motorcycle. I only found out in September 2023, after calling from another phone number because he had blocked mine. I still hold the legal title and was never told the bike would be scrapped or removed. I tried repeatedly to contact him. When I finally got through, he mocked the bike's value and hung up. I've since issued a formal demand letter, and I'm pursuing legal action in Arizona small claims court. If you've had a similar experience with this shop, I'd be interested in hearing from you. Well not to many people work on older bikes. I took my 2002 ZX9R for a throttle, gas, and air issue. Took about an hour, within that hour we chopped it up and WOW! The Owner is a self proclaimed "u professional" and lives up to the name royally! He was asked to replace drive shaft fluid for a bike towed to his location. He completely disassembled the bike, no prior authorization to do so... He then called me and said I needed to replace the fuel line and regulator and it would cost me an absorbent amount of money! When questioned about his actions, I was cursed out, told he hates working for women and further place my disassembled bike out side of his shop on the street! DO NOT GO THERE!! Elliot is the best in the business Always honest & diligent in his work. That's all I need in a mechanic.

I took my motorcycle to Elliot and had a tank that had been stripped and sandblasted multiple times at RideNow on Cave Creek and Bell and they completely ruined it. It was so bad the cap didn't close properly and gas pour out on all turns and the injectors and more were clogged and running like crap. On a referral, I contacted Elliot and he told me to bring the motorcycle to him. He outlined in detail what he was going to do and that I would not have an issue again and he would have in back to me in a few days. Pictures were taken before to compare. Elliot then sent me pictures of the transformation and I was totally amazed. Then of course, excited to get to the bike and see the actual work, I was once again amazed again. It was completely repaired. almost to original. He replaced the fuel filter, pump and other things that were filled with the particles from the coating that Ride Now put in. Please look at the pictures and see for yourself. Now I waited awhile before posting to ensure the bike worked for a week or two to see if any problems arised. However I am happy to report that it is running amazing.... like new and all because of Elliot and White Rabbit. Imagine if your a customer and Ride Now provided me with the crusty tank and hearing them say... we had to scrap everything.... But this is how it looked and the cap didn't fit? I had taken it to them over 4 times and they had my bike for 8 months. If they claim different... Show a picture of the work? No picture? accept the review! Now in a few days... Elliot of WHITE RABBIT MOTORCYCLES... did the job any customer would expect and was affordable. To be honest... I will be using him more... Again this review is about restoration. However I have several bikes and I am going to have him work on my touring venture. Another review coming. I recommend him and this company was a referral so I am glad I called. Thanks Elliot...
