I've been buying bikes and parts from Austin, trusted Sonic with my bike work, and had Joe do my REP suspension from day one. I don't ask what the price is, I walk in and Austin has the bike ready and I know the price is honest. I don't need to look or negotiate, they treat you like family without asking. Joe in Peoria knows they bikes and these AZ tracks, drop a WP Pro 6500 cartridge in the forks and let him do his thing. Sonic in Mesa and his boys will dial in anything needed. thanks for setting the bar high every experience.

As the bike is what's used to get to and from work, this could cost us money. The workers were not only inefficient, they were actually quite mean and insulted our Harley. He said he wouldn't work on it because it's dirty!!! That's how my old man gets to work and back. So sorry it didn't pass his inspection. PASS by this place if you are actually a biker who rides daily. Or who cares about customer service. We're so disappointed!!! How do you insult customer's bike?????

On Wednesday at noon I called and the answer was it was done but the owner needed to create the billing. Came to the shop at 4:30PM and the bike was sitting outside but the mechanic said the billing was still not done and I would have to wait as the owner left 24 hours ago and can not be reached. I called the police and by the time the police showed up the owner mysteriously showed up. Needless to say I got the bike but the police had to calm the owner down. They may do good work on occasion but they are totally unorganized and that situation just leads to an issue and do you want that on your bike while riding up the mountain? Just stay away is your best bet.

Randy , the owner is a great guy for everything. I had $1800 worth of parts and service done on my bike. No complaints there . The issue is when I had a warranty issue with my new battery and Randy says no problem. But he was having internal problems, he had to layoff his staff and he was more or less temporary closed until he restructured his affairs. when I called and he told me to call and make an appointment . I called two times , to no avail. I stopped by , around noon when his voice mail states he doesn't usually get in until noon, again to no avail. i called the 3rd and final day today after approximately 2.5 months trying to get my battery replaced. So , for all you potential future customers, if you can have communication with Randy , great, but do your homework. take it for what it's worth. I wish him well and hopes he can get back on track because when all running well , service is very good. But something is going on. just a return phone would have helped.
