I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn

They sent another company, I will be reviewing next, out and their standard answer was the coils feel cool. The other company always managed to come when it was a cooler day that I could open my windows. Kyle, the younger tech came out and yes it was a milder day and my coils were cool, he was disturbed by a noise it made. Then Mark came the next day when it was 100 degrees in the shade and the coils were not even lukewarm. It took some arguing back and forth with the warranty company but I got a new system put in this past October. This winter, I enjoyed the lowest electric bills ever. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS THEY -LISTENED- TO THE CUSTOMER... what a concept! I am not going into summer with fear of high bills... I can't thank Kyle, Mark, Wendy and the rest of their kind staff for doing the right thing. I will have bills like I did when I first moved in next year. I can't thank you guys enough.

The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. What really stood out was how respectful and thorough the team was. They treated our home with care, worked efficiently, and had our system running perfectly again in no time. It's hard to find companies that combine quality work with excellent customer service, but Summit Comfort HVAC absolutely does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable HVAC service you can actually trust.

This review is not a testament to quality of work as no service was rendered…read more I contacted Mr. Helil via email to see if he was interested in the commercial refrigeration project that I needed completed. His reply later that day indicated his interest in accomplishing this work, so we set a meet for the following day. As the next day drew near the end, I had yet to hear from Mr. Helil, so I contact him again via email. He promptly replied with an apology and set another meet date for the following day or Monday. Both days have passed, and I sent a final follow-up email offering the work - no reply. Given the history of quick responses and the ease of communicating this day and age, I can only assume that Mr. Helil chose to ignore me. My previous emails were cordial, but his communication has abruptly ceased. For any business providing a service: If you are no longer interested in the work or have some other reason, just say it to your customers. Communication is vital. And keep to your commitments.
