Not sure how to rate the cost because I'm not sure what the industry standard is, but for us it was doable. He was knowledgeable, professional and let me know his credentials. We scheduled a time for him to inspect the property, and he was prompt. Additionally, he had a few recommendations for tradesmen and craftsmen that were local that could meet my needs that I could get detailed estimates from.
