This job is WAY to big for the company to handle. Our insurance company has now been waiting for over 3 weeks for Contractor / Manager Aaron Sapp to submit measurements so they can finally order the material. I was then told they would complete our siding and interior repairs until they could finally get around to submitting the roof measurements. Aaron arrived on Saturday to do the siding repairs, took payment in full, got paid, left to "go get a ladder" and never showed back up. After being lied to and assured 3 times the work would be completed on Saturday (Before and after leaving) I have called, left voicemails, sent texts and emailed asking for an update as to when they will be back to do the job and have yet to receive a response. In all we have now paid the company over $10,000 for them to have completed no repairs and can't even get ahold of anyone form the company.

Of course, with zero notice he wasn't able to get me instant help, though he did try to coordinate a crew for the same day, but it was already midafternoon by the time I called him, but what he did do was assure me he'd have a crew the next day. I gave a time I'd be available and he said he'd find a way to squeeze our mini move in even though they had already been booked for the next day too. Unlike several others who say one thing and do another, Dennis made good on his promise and two great guys, Ray and Ryan showed up and took great care of my little move. The price was very fair, and especially considering next day service. They are proof that there are still good people out there and I would definitely call on them again!

I was trying to make sure that we would have time to unload and make it back to return the truck in time. 2:30 rolls around and he said he wasn't going to be able to make it at all. Stated he tried to call several times (not true, I answer all calls), then blamed it on U-Haul app. If you need someone reliable to help you move, I would definitely go with another company as this one acts like he will show up then you're almost out of options by the time he cancels. Super bad look when you're in the service industry. I would recommend Tri-State Moving as they should up within 30 minutes and got us moved quickly and turned out we were able to get the truck back in time! Go Denzel!
