The…read morecatalog info came on my first visit, the subsequent visits ended with "do you have an appointment?" No I did not, so no help that visit and no offer to schedule an appointment. Came back and not acknowledged, seems if she is with someone who has an appointment all others are invisible, not even a hello or glance. Explained they are rude and my husband did not expect rudeness, but she brought her A game. Note one visit I was told she was not there, so apparently she is the only one to help unless you go to the other side and that went terrible they told me I needed to wait but no one knew where she went. Oh well, lots of other providers with better service and more selection and better prices for same quality. No reason to ever return here. Oddly enough, this is a place to charge your electric vehicles, plenty of unused car bays.

Thank you so much, this saved me so much of a headache and we have water again. The price was very affordable, much lower than I thought the parts would cost us. Turns out it was more difficult getting the water main turned off because it was Rusty then it was to fix this thanks to their expertise.

Racist treatment by employees. My husband, who is African American, asked an employee, an older…read morewhite man, to help him. My husband told him he wanted the $300 blower but there were none on the shelf. The employee said they didn't have anymore and if my husband wanted one he would have to buy the display. My husband said he didn't want the display he wanted one in the box. The employee said that's all they had. My husband found a manager who sent someone back to the stockroom and he brought out the $300 blower in an unopened box. Apparently there were several in the stockroom. I called and left a message and am not holding my breath for a reply. Will update if I get a response.
