This review is more about an employee and the great product I purchased. While shopping for a…read moregarage door opener, the model I wanted was in a damaged box. The gentleman working in that department assured me all parts were included. They were not! It took several weeks to get the installer to come replace the old opener. After several no-shows and a few reschedules, the nicest guy came to install it. He told me he would not install the opener due to the condition of the unit that had been returned. Returning the unit caused another delay and a return trip by the installer. I took the opener back to Lowe's and talked with Austin. He helped me find a replacement and continued to offer amazing customer service which is hard to find in this day and time. Austin knew the issues I had been having with the installers and was genuinely concerned as he did everything he could to make it right. Thank you, Austin for making what started as a bad shopping experience and turning it into one with a great ending and a happy customer. I love my quiet garage door opener!

Came back and not acknowledged, seems if she is with someone who has an appointment all others are invisible, not even a hello or glance. Explained they are rude and my husband did not expect rudeness, but she brought her A game. Note one visit I was told she was not there, so apparently she is the only one to help unless you go to the other side and that went terrible they told me I needed to wait but no one knew where she went. Oh well, lots of other providers with better service and more selection and better prices for same quality. No reason to ever return here. Oddly enough, this is a place to charge your electric vehicles, plenty of unused car bays.

My husband told him he wanted the $300 blower but there were none on the shelf. The employee said they didn't have anymore and if my husband wanted one he would have to buy the display. My husband said he didn't want the display he wanted one in the box. The employee said that's all they had. My husband found a manager who sent someone back to the stockroom and he brought out the $300 blower in an unopened box. Apparently there were several in the stockroom. I called and left a message and am not holding my breath for a reply. Will update if I get a response.

We visited here with our family on a warm day in March hoping to see butterflies. One of the staff…read moremembers kindly told us that the best time to see many beautiful butterflies is around mid-May, so we plan to come back then. Even though we didn't see many butterflies this time, the visit was still wonderful. The greenhouse is full of beautiful flowers and the landscaping is very well done. It's such a peaceful and relaxing place to walk around. We also bought a lemon tree, which became a lovely gift for our daughter. Highly recommend visiting. Especially after May if you want to see lots of butterflies!
