My realtor gave me a list of potential inspectors for a property I am in the midst of purchasing. She made the phone call after I made my selection and we were both pleasantly surprised to find that an inspector could be there the very first thing the next morning. We had found a couple of things that we were concerned about, and those were addressed with the inspector, and when we went back for the final conversation, he went through tremendous detail about all of the things we were concerned about, as well as some other things he had found. Reading another review, someone stated that the inspector did not have a moisture meter or a way to determine moisture in the walls. The inspector who covered my potential property did indeed have a moisture meter and found a significant issue in a couple of places which we hope will be addressed. I also like the fact that they are able to provide estimates as part of the inspection ( up to a certain number) as part of the cost. The termite inspection was also included in the cost of the service. The person who did the inspection was wonderful, open to questions and ideas and communicated very well. While it is a costly service, finding these things out before finalizing the purchase ensures that a very important part of your life is going to be in the best condition possible. read more

Not only did he write and prepare a very thorough report documenting all of his observations but he also agreed to meet me after he was finished so that I could ask him any questions I had. He did an amazing job and gave me everything I needed to know, good and the bad, about the house. He is incredibly nice and has been available for any follow-up questions I have had even after the inspection. He responded to our phone calls and questions right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Asked several questions and kept him there quite a while and never got the impression it bothered him.
