I was told by Kitt and nurses this was permanent and fat would not come back. The surgeon told me that I was lying that nobody told me that and because he didn't tell me that it didn't happen. He is a real piece of work. Year later I'm bigger than I was before going in... if you're over size 12, this will not make you skinny. No matter what they promise you... Ladies, please do your homework on Breast Implant Illness (BII)…read more I was never told that implants should be replaced every 10 years. I was never told to get ultrasounds instead of standard mammograms. And I was definitely never told that implants are not FDA approved. In fact in 2011 at 48yrs old I was told no problems with implants all problems were resolved they were safe! No need to replace I'd be dead before I needed replacement. I developed capsular contracture soon after my first surgery and had to undergo a second surgery less than a year later -- to remove and replace the same implants. I should've stopped right then. My body was warning me. Fast forward: 14 years of unexplained illness, countless doctor visits, and hundreds of thousands of dollars later... I'm finally implant-free (had a grade 3 contracture before Explanting) and focused on detoxing and healing. Ladies! Please research Breast Implant Illness (BII). What you'll find is heartbreaking: it's a money-making industry that often puts your health and well-being at serious risk. Advocate for your body. Ask questions. Demand answers. Your health is worth more than any cosmetic promise.

Never did I ever think I would get any treatments on my face. But never did I ever think I would…read moreget old and here we are. So a friend suggested I go in for a free consultation. I met with Kathy and Lola and they took photos of my face and gave me suggestions on options to fix redness and wrinkles and thoroughly reviewed the procedure. I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! I also did a little Botox and it really opened my eyes and erased my RB (trying to be PG) face expression. I went back another time and had a Dermaplaning facial - ain't nobody got time for facial hair. Never have I ever spent that much on my face - but I'm super happy with the results!

I have struggled to breathe out of my nose for the last several years due to a deviated septum…read more This past February I had a medical septoplasty with Dr. Sachin Pawar. Since I was already undergoing anesthesia in order to have a major medical surgery, I decided to have a cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. Following the surgery, I went through a long and uncomfortable healing process which necessitated I take time off work. I also payed thousands of dollars to cover costs that my insurance did not. As I began to recover post-op, I was dismayed to realize that my breathing had not improved at all, and my cosmetic concern seemed to have gone unaddressed. Dr. Pawar insisted that my breathing would ease and the results of the rhinoplasty would become apparent as I continued to recover and the swelling went down. Unfortunately, eight months after the procedure there has still been no improvement in terms of breathing or aesthetics. I struggle to understand what exactly Dr. Pawar accomplished in the operating room while I was unconscious. Furthermore, Dr. Pawar has shown no interest in following up with me to examine his own work and perhaps explain why the surgery was unsuccessful. He has offered to re-do the surgery, but I will have to foot the bill for the anesthesia and potentially incur additional costs. Not to mention that Dr. Pawar's initial failure and lack of thoughtful follow-up does not necessarily inspire confidence in his work. In fact, when I went to a different surgeon in order to get an independent follow-up of Dr. Pawar's work, I described how Dr. Pawar kept explaining he would "have to see what he could do" once we were in the operating room and the surgeon was dumbfounded by this. I would recommend saving yourself some time, money and unnecessary pain by going elsewhere for your surgical needs.
