My experience at Sono Bello was amazing! Starting with my consultant Kitt at the Madison East location. Kitt helped guide me in many ways from understanding my goals, to answering any questions that I had, and to keeping in contact with me for the month following my procedure as well as after! I next want to mention Pati! She was the one who went through my pre op appointment with me! She was absolutely wonderful, I can't find words for how kind, caring and amazing she was. She explained everything to me about my procedure, to my medication, to my post op care. Her happy demeanor is contagious and I wouldn't have asked for anyone else! I also want to mention my surgeon, Dr. Gourley! He was absolutely phenomenal if I must say! From my pre op appointment, to my procedure! He answered all of my questions with ease and was very caring. He did an amazing job at making me feel absolutely comfortable during pre op as well as during my procedure. I even got to choose the playlist we listened to, which I thought was the cherry on top!! He stayed in contact with me after my procedure to do a follow up call on how I was doing, which I appreciated! And lastly I wanted to mention my nurse, Sahara!! She was so kind, caring, and informative. She made me feel comfortable and cared for by answering all of my questions, to checking in on me. She even brought me a blanket pre procedure to keep me warm and comfortable, which i appreciated very much! She was also the one who helped wheel me out to my drivers car. This is horrible!!! I had 3 areas done and 5 months later I was no smaller & they would only redo 1 area again for free. The surgeon has a huge God complex. I was told by Kitt and nurses this was permanent and fat would not come back. The surgeon told me that I was lying that nobody told me that and because he didn't tell me that it didn't happen. He is a real piece of work. Year later I'm bigger than I was before going in... if you're over size 12, this will not make you skinny. No matter what they promise you... I was so excited to have saved enough money to have this procedure. I did a lot of research and thought I chose the right option. I was wrong. First, I was told I would barely feel anything during the procedure. They said most people sleep or say it feels like a tickle. NOT AT ALL. I was in excruciating pain the entire time and was flipped around like a pig on a rotisserie. Secondly, it is not even a year later and all of the fat came back. I am literally in the same spot I was before the surgery. It's devastating. I spent thousands of dollars for the rolls to come back in less than a year. This is a BUTCHER house. My mother was not completely sedated and she felt EVERYTHING. They continued to operate as she was screaming on the table and they told her to be quiet so the other patients wouldn't get freaked out. They didn't STOP the procedure and re-sedate her! They told her it's going to hurt and settle down. My 65 year old mom was taken advantage of and treated brutally while she was on the operating table. The follow up process has been miserable, she has a scar from hip to hip and no doctor to talk to as she's recovering. Only go here if you want to be traumatized for life. From our visit we thought this was going to be a great experience however it changed from the sales person (Shannon) to the Dr who decided I had a heart issue so after getting cleared by cardiology with no heart issue I went back this time blood pressure was an issue and this was the last we have heard from Sono Bello. We have discussed the blood pressure with PCP a medication change was done blood press Cakes into the required range for the surgeon however no one will call or respond to emails. This company has not replied after multiple calls and emails no response disappointing. I have requested call back and no response sent email no response and they want to keep almost $3000 for a cancel that was done by their Dr what right do they have to keep any money when they can not even respond to calls or emails (Shannon). I believe this is an unjust way to handle business / help a person this company at this point only cares about the money and not the patient. read more

Terrible service if you decide not to go with them! My husband and I went there for a consultation and practically got kicked out of the office after the lady gave my husband a $7k estimate for a very small amount of Lipo during employee pricing!Then she was suppose to give me one too while I was there but she was so mad that my husband turned down the service she didn't even look at me and just removed us from her office. Also during the consult she wouldn't stop talking about herself- we didn't need to hear all of her problems. First of all I want to start by saying that I am a 24 year old male, and received liposuction from Doctor Maureen Muecke on my love handles. I have a horrible pain tolerance, and the idea of this surgery scared me. But I can honestly say that this procedure was not painful at all. You are absolutely numb during the whole process and I actually found myself completely comfortable in surgery as a result. I can't thank everyone there enough for a wonderful experience and being so helpful and understanding during the whole process. Nothing was done to my body without my knowledge and I was informed about every possible question or feeling I had or was going to feel. I plan on going to get another procedure in the future because not only was the procedure pain free to me but the staff and doctor were absolutely incredible. Very Unprofessional! Called and asked if they had Cool Sculpting. Was told they had their own version of a non-surgical fat remover. Made an appointment based on this information. When I arrived and was filling out the paperwork, I asked which procedure to check for non-surgical fat removal and was told they don't have that. I explained what I was told on the phone and was now told the only non-surgical procedure they have is a skin tightening procedure. I said, " So, I wasted my time?"". She just stared at me. Absolutely love it. They are the sweetest team. They all make you feel so welcomed. I have for along while wanted this done to better my appearance as well as motivate me to better my health. I have been self conscious the way I've looked for years now. These ladies here do not tell you lies. They will be honest with you from the start. And after the procedure you have to listen to them so you get no infections. When I went for my 1week check up, I wasn't expecting the results to be this good. I'm amazed. Well, the sales consultant is passively aggressive, undermining and condescending to get a sale. I had to reschedule 3 times, I wanted to change contract and do a cheaper surgery but the sales woman indicated you signed and we will still charge you 80% even if I don't get procedure. I hate this bill I only wanted arms done but sales lady wouldn't let me change procedure. I can barely see a noticeable difference in Lipo on abs. Go somewhere else. The doctor was nice. read more

I had my procedure done in WI. Be sure to check what fat they are unable to take out, and why. The fat below your breast is one area, because of the organs. Also, where does the loose fat go after the procedure? Mine went to the pubic area. I am lumpy. I moved to Florida where I was getting after surgery consultations, and was told the procedure went perfect, and if I wanted more it would be an additional 8 thousand more. The cost was about 5 thousand up front. I think for a bit heavier, and older people like myself the procedure does not work well. For people that are younger with a small pouch I would say it would help a lot. Would I do it again? I don't know. I think I expected more than what the procedure could offer me. read more

I came in for consultation here last week. All I can say is wow! I was greeted by the receptionist And every one was so warm and welcoming. I was coming in for consulte and there had a video playing of the laser assisted Lipo which was what I was coming in for and it was very informative. I had my console with Tara. She was extremely knowledgeable And really helped put any of my worries at ease. She was absolutely amazing! I had a procedure at Sonobello and Dr. Rain was very good and caring work extra hard to get the fat out of me. His funny and he cares about making you look good and feel good. I will recommend him to any of my family and friends. Also all the nurse and staff are very nice. Now I just have to wait for my results to see if this really work. This is my second time doing this because if it doesn't work the first time they do it again with no extra charge. I will let you know in 6 month if it work. I have had a positive experience so far in regards to the procedure that I underwent (Oct 2018). Besides the normal bruising & swelling, no unusual discomfort. I had Dr. Raine who performed my procedure and he was responsive to my questions, as well as during the procedure was informative and responsive to when I had the occasional discomfort. Nurse Jenny has been great. She did my intake and worked with Dr. Raine on what I was looking to achieve. Not only are my results wonderful, but every staff member was outstanding! This place is nightmare! My body looks like a disfigured figurine. One the day of my Lipo nurse Jennifer was having an real argument with Dr Maureen Muecke. They argued so badly she did not come back to assist the Dr with my procedure. This place is so dishonest about the results and the healing process. I have been in total pain and discomfort since 6/2018. The girl that does the original intake is the biggest liar and uneducated on her product she tries to sell. I went back for a follow up and met the most disgusting provider by the name of Dr Raine. He treated me like I was some kind of junkie seeking pain medication. He made derogatory statements to me as I discussed my pain and discomfort. If you want real results contact Dr Elton Tinsley(North Chicago area). If you are seeking cosmetic surgery, go to the seminars, research, check the doctors work background. I have been researching and speaking with different cosmetic professionals for 3 years and I made a bad choice, what they charge is not in line with their results they provide. So I had my procedure don't on 6/20/18. At 7am the doctor was done by 10am like he had told me which was great. They explained every step to me and everything they were doin while I was on the procedure table. The nurse Jennie was awesome she held my hand when I felt scared at first,she let me know everytime she had to handle something for doctor Raine and that she would b right back and she did jus that.. nurse Jennie and dr. Raine are awesome and funny and they make it comfortable for me to feel great about what I was doing. We joked and sang songs while I was on the procedure table it was a great experience and I would recommend anybody to Sono Bello cuz those two as a team really rocked!!! And I have never wrote a review for anybody but these two really deserved or me to sit down and take the time to express the great teamwork they have and if I had to do it again I would cuz they made me feel as if I was there family not jus a client..
