When I experienced little to no results and FULL movement of the injected areas, they brought me back to pitch me a 'touch up' a mere 10 days later at FULL price. Tricky. I passed and went to a new technichian who was baffled that the amount of Botox I recieved produced such underwhelming results, especially for a 'first timer.' My comments on their personal site were deleted and I had an aquaintance had her similar comments deleted as well. In fact, you'll have a hard time finding ANY comments on injectables on their page. Lipo performed by the Dr. himself, seems to produce many happy people. The assistants were just short of rude regarding my concerns and I doubt the good Dr. was ever even enlightened of my case. Do yourself a favor and seek an establishment who SPECIALIZES in injectables. Nearly 500.00 was a lot of money right now for someone like me who was looking forward to just a reasonable, pleasant result!

I met with Kathy and Lola and they took photos of my face and gave me suggestions on options to fix redness and wrinkles and thoroughly reviewed the procedure. I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! Since this is a Medi spa, I went in with a little bit of trepidation that everyone inside would look very fake, and I would almost feel like an outsider without any fillers or Botox, but that wasn't the case. That was a nice bonus! However, it almost erred on the side of too casual. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. Connie is such a sweetheart and I always look forward to my apts with her. She is an absolute pro! It's very apparent that she is well versed on the anatomy to inject properly, which is everything. Anytime I've needed a touch-up she has always responded to emails and willingly adjusts her schedule to get me in. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! The new clinic is beautiful, the location is right off the highway. Sometimes they are behind at the clinic and I have had to wait upwards of a half hour- but it hasn't been the norm. Perk-- They come to Kohler water spa in Kohler for injectables every 3 months- which is wonderful for when I don't want to drive to the Glendale location.
