So within a month and a half I had a full syringe of juvederm that's supposed to last 6 months to a year and my botox done and sculptra that was 1600 plus 600 lips and whatever for botox. I called the medi spa and I got treated so horrible just because I called and said my lips look back to where they were in the begging my botox is really bad already. This was last week October 10th. So the front desk bitch tells me oh its probably your body how it metabolizes and so on... im like well I was never told that in the consultation and I never signed anything. I asked if nurse Kathy could call me back instead another front desk member called me and I explained and asked if there's anything they can do to accommodate me and then I told her that I researched juvederm and there's 2 different types. One that they inject around the lips for wrinkles and only subtle volume. Then there's the other one that gets injected on your lips for fullness plumpness pigment enhancement etc... that's what I told her with showing her a pictures of what I wanted! Why does it look like I just got injected just around my lips. Im telling you my lips do not look like they were ever done! I never got asked which juvederm I wanted and when I tried explaining that the front desk bitch got mad and said well unfortunately are journey is gonna have to end here. I next want to mention Pati! She was the one who went through my pre op appointment with me! She was absolutely wonderful, I can't find words for how kind, caring and amazing she was. She explained everything to me about my procedure, to my medication, to my post op care. Her happy demeanor is contagious and I wouldn't have asked for anyone else! I also want to mention my surgeon, Dr. Gourley! He was absolutely phenomenal if I must say! From my pre op appointment, to my procedure! He answered all of my questions with ease and was very caring. I developed capsular contracture soon after my first surgery and had to undergo a second surgery less than a year later -- to remove and replace the same implants. I should've stopped right then. Was met with the most awesome nurse Jay.. who answered all my ridiculous questions.. took the time to listen and just be his awesome self. I believe there was an Amy on staff- equally nice (but I didn't have a chance to interact w her as much- but she seemed super cool too) The anesthesiologist came in- what a contagious smile!! I highly recommend going here. Dr Dembny is truly amazing. While my surgery is less than 24 hours old- I can already tell he did an outstanding job. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready. This year I went to her and had about $250 worth done and again it didn't do anything. So again I went back and this time she gave me two injections, one on each eye corner. This time I was charged $48 and after a few weeks it still doesn't look any different. Obviously I can't go back to this woman as I don't trust her and I don't think anybody should trust her. P.S.
