White-Huff Towing did such a spectacular job in helping me on what was arguably one of the worst mornings I've had in the long time. My car was disabled coming out of my parking garage, AAA abandoned me because they said they couldn't find a tow truck company that could get into my parking garage. I found White-Huff my chance and the dispatcher, Stacey, was so kind and helpful in making sure that someone was dispatched as quickly as possible. Drew did a great job in making it into the garage and hooking up my car with care. Well it has been several years, in the past I have used White-Huff towing several times. They worked with the mechanic I used years ago. I used to have a car that was very old and, broke down a lot. LOL When I would call my mechanic, this is the company they sent out to pick up my car and take it to the shop. The driver was always respectful and courteous. They always called to let me know they had been assigned the job and to provide an estimated time of arrival. If I ever have a need again, I would not hesitate to give them a call. read more

My son got a flat tire last night at 10pm and I was so worried about him being stranded out there. He called this company and they were literally there in a couple of min. Funny that I was also looking for help at the same time. When I called the company, the gentleman right away realized that we're talking about the same person. He told me not to worry and I am going to go and get your son and the charge was very reasonable. He also drive my son to a 24 hours tire place that we didn't even know it existed and told him that if they can change his tire, he would drive him somewhere else for no additional charge. The tire place was open at 10:30 pm on Friday night and changed the tire and he was good to go. That you White-Huff. Amazing service! read more

0 stars. Rude - condescending - bad service . As a previous reviewer stated, Beware! I was blocked in my parking spot by tow 16 this morning, 3/30/2018. I blew my horn and the guy starts yelling that he's doing his job. Naturally, I wound down my back passenger window so that I could yell back to the guy that I needed to get out because I too have to get to work. Sidebar: Before I got in my truck, the driver saw me walking to my truck with my work bag and coffee. He could at that point backed his truck up to let me out he had just stepped out of his truck and hadn't let the bed down. After all the middle of the street isn't parking spot you have no right to be parked there. It was 9 in the morning anyone with sense could see I wasn't going out sight seeing. I have a job. Like most people. Cont... He yells back that he's doing his job. Okay. Some of us have jobs as well. You aren't the only one. I lay on my horn as if it isn't already loud enough out there with the noise polluting tow truck sitting there running. So I get out of my truck and leave it half parked half backed out of the spot to take a photo of the name and number the side of the truck and call them. A guy answers the phone and I tell him what is going on Sidebar: I was in no way shape or form calm, I'd just been yelled at and disrespected in front of the place that I pay WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much money to live in trying to get to the place that pays me so that I can afford to pay way too much and be disrespected **eye roll** Cont... I was irate to say the least. I told the guy on the phone what was going on. He was confused at first probably because I was yelling and not making a whole lot of sense but he figured it out and said something to the effect of they're towing a vehicle and I can wait. He said he'd try to get the guy on the radio and hung up. How would he get him on the radio when I didn't tell him the truck number? I don't know but maybe they only have one truck. I called back 5 minutes later to tell him I was still sitting waiting to get out and needed to GET TO WORK. I did not appreciate that I was given no consideration for my time; only excuses that they can't move for everyone because they'd never get anything done. When in fact the entire thing could've been avoided if he moved when he saw me walk to my truck before he started letting the bed down. It wouldn't have taken me 30 seconds to back out of my spot but I had to sit there for 15 minutes while he let the bed down, moved the vehicle that was to be towed out of it's spot and put the vehicle on the tow truck. If you need a tow, call a company that actually has respect for people and their time. read more

I got a flat tire while traveling southbound on I-95. I waited over 3 hours for my original towing company, provided by Geico, to arrive. Due to frustration over the initial truck delaying multiple times, not answering my calls, and ultimately never showing up, Geico contacted White-Huff Towing instead. White-Huff provided excellent customer service and arrived 25 minutes earlier than their estimated time of arrival. I wish I had gotten the name of the driver; he was very helpful and made suggestions since my first option for tire replacement could not get me in. I would highly recommend this towing company. read more

i dont have any option to give this firm negative rating. Pathetic service, they dont own there words if they break something of your car during towing they will not pay any damages however they will charge you 25$ extra to give you coverage of damages. Beware of such liars read more

Had a wonderful experience with Russ from White Huff. They were dispatched through my insurance's roadside assistance and arrived in less than half the estimated time. I have used White-Huff twice this year for myself and a family member needing a fast tow. Both experiences went very well. One was a long haul, the other a short run. One was mid afternoon into rush hour, the other during rush hour. The drivers arrived quickly, were courteous and professional, and handled my cars very well. I would recommend them. I just noticed this review which I posted a few days ago is not recommended by yelp's automated software. Too bad, I am new to yelp as a reviewer and feel disappointed. Returned to the airport after a 2 week trip to discover my car would not properly run, the Saturday before Memorial Day. All car service places were booked or closed. After a 3 hour struggle with my insurance company and the roulette of towing service numbers that were not answering, White Huff came through. They offered to tow my car the 2+ hour drive back home for a fairly reasonable price. I was able to get a lift as well avoiding the expense of a rental car.
