I needed proofs made up to test my files to make sure I wanted to print a large quantity of them. I said I just need to run some proofs however I see the $15 minimum, the lady agreed, 'oh some test prints sure no problem' was her essential response. Through this exchange I left with the understanding that I would not be charged the $15 minimum for just testing my files on my own paper and seeing what worked. I did not think it would be free but not $15! I came back, ready to order more prints and was sadden to learn I not only would be charged the $15 but they had the audacity to say they lost money on my transaction.
