Their fresh produce is all grown locally in SLO and we just about finished everything but the green onions. If you are looking for some fresh produce in downtown, this is the place to support. The very first time was yearssss ago during one of the complimentary session with YEE. The hubby was actually the one pushing for us to do yoga together and especially to come here. He has heard great things from several of his coworkers and been on the hunt for a good yoga studio for a couple years now. Not exactly sure what to expect, I decided to try the Gentle Flow class first. It was a great re-introduction to yoga for me. The second time, we went with a more challenging class and did Vinyasa Flow. I did not expect to break a sweat, but it did kick my butt a little bit. Both instructors were knowledgeable and skilled. Their voices and tones were also perfect to create a calm/zen atmosphere. The yoga studio itself is super spacious and pretty open with all glass doors/windows on one side, and high/wooden ceiling. The classes do get full, but there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A huge bonus is the home grown vegetables and fruits that the owners would bring in from their own farm. They're organic and at a very reasonable price too. They do have a pretty great schedule that offers multiple different classes each day for different levels. They also have excellent offer for new student, which I highly recommend signing up.

What started as a gentle training on the technique with John soon evolved into a step by step guidance into the whys of the technique - which was super important for a scientific mind like mine. here is the biggest testimony: I am a public speaker who loves to give business seminars but has a visceral physical reaction on the dais. I had a seminar right after my second day of training. And for the first time in 15 years of public speaking, I had no nerves whatsoever! I could not believe it :)

She was so nice and accommodating. This was our first time and we were all looking forward to it. Once we arrived, she was prepared and ready for us, introduced herself and explained what to expect during the experience or journey and showed us into her space, which was open and beautiful. She has a pleasant affect and a soothing, calming voice. We all had a really wonderful time simply laid back, relaxing & listening to her sing and work the bowls. We had much to talk about, after we left, about our different experiences, which was fun. All positive. It was really a nice hour and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Like after a massage. The owner, Darcy Cleome, warmly greeted us and allowed us to look around her place. Her massage room offered a calm and soothing atmosphere and her cozy-looking table beckoned me. There is also a comfortable room set up for intuitive readings. Out in back is a cute garden with a deck, fountain and cabana set up for couples' massages. Eager to explore the rest of the West Village, we settled on a short chair massage for my husband. He enjoyed it so much, we went back the next day and each received a wonderful table massage from Darcy. She is truly a talented body worker with a kind, grounded spirit. Next time we are in Cambria, we will be sure and give Darcy a call!
