My husband and I had never really done any type of yoga before, but in our initial phone conversation Terri assured me that this wouldn't be an issue. My husband and I like to try new experiences on trips and this was something that we wanted to check off our list and also something. Out of our comfort zone. But we are SO GLAD that we did this! It was so amazing. Terri was welcoming and patient with us as newbies and explained things to us in a way that made sense. The scenery was perfect that day and it truly made our trip an unforgettable one. We highly recommend Terri for newbies, learners as pros for any type of experience!

To top it off, she even had the most beautiful singing voice that bounced off the chapels walls. The venue had amazing acoustics to intensify the vibrations. The entire experience was amazing and I truly felt a spiritual cleanse. The only complaint I had is the echoing of the snoring. It kept pulling me out of my zen state. A testament to how easily Jamie made people relax.

It's just something a little bit beyond words, but I can feel it with my intuition. These are the types of people who become community leaders through the organic development of their motivation, passion, mission and purpose, which are all so clear and so obvious, they create an involuntary sensation of tingling in the body. This is called charisma! Jamie is one of these individuals. You will feel it in every atom of your body through the medium of her craft of sound healing. Be prepared for something that can only be experienced, but not described. Trust me now, thank me later.

She was so nice and accommodating. This was our first time and we were all looking forward to it. Once we arrived, she was prepared and ready for us, introduced herself and explained what to expect during the experience or journey and showed us into her space, which was open and beautiful. She has a pleasant affect and a soothing, calming voice. We all had a really wonderful time simply laid back, relaxing & listening to her sing and work the bowls. We had much to talk about, after we left, about our different experiences, which was fun. All positive. It was really a nice hour and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Like after a massage. We didn't want it to end. We'll do it again sometime, for longer!

Cambria Wellness is everything you want and need from a healing space. I called on a late Friday…read moremorning and they were able to get me in same-day. The location is a home, but don't let that stop you from treating this with the same trust (in fact - more!) you would from a fancy spa. The experience was one of total hospitality. Kind of like going to a good friend's house who just happens to be a fantastic masseuse. The massage itself was perfect. I indicated a need for deep pressure, as many places go light. This always has the potential to backfire, though, as "deep pressure" for one part of the body will be different than another. At Cambria Wellness the treatment was intuitively perfect throughout -- adjusting to more intensity on stubborn shoulder muscles, less push on tender calves. I plan to return to the Cambria region, and will be returning to Cambria Wellness as well. Thank you for the great experience!

She uses a lot of different tools in our sessions - hypnotherapy, guided imageray, energy adjusting techniques, coaching. She has an amazing ability to get right to the root of my issues. I like how she's grounded and very practical, matter-of-fact about things, but also really caring and reassuring. I always feel super relieved and lighter/clearer after our sessions, like a weight's been lifted off my shoulders and replaced with confidence and clarity of purpose/action - so, I obviously recommend her! :)
