The upgrades make a huge difference--new machines, better lighting, added mirrors, and an overall improved vibe. Plus, there is always loads of parking available, which makes popping in super convenient. It's a handy gym to have in a small town, though there's still a bit of room for improvement. It feels a little overpriced for what it offers, and while the bathrooms are usually clean, it's not always consistent since there isn't a ton of staff working the desk during the day. That said, whenever staff members are on floor, they've always been super friendly and helpful. Lower the price slightly to match the setup, and it'd easily be a 5-star spot.

She has a pleasant affect and a soothing, calming voice. We all had a really wonderful time simply laid back, relaxing & listening to her sing and work the bowls. We had much to talk about, after we left, about our different experiences, which was fun. All positive. It was really a nice hour and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Like after a massage.
