We hadn't visited The White Hart for quite a while but needed to pop in to settle a New Years Eve account. As we were there we decided to have a small bite for lunch and a drink, as we felt it would be rude not to LOL. The whole place was quite quiet for the time of day but service at the bar was friendly, professional and swift. We ordered a couple of jacket potatoes, one with prawn and the other simple cheese. Finding a table we noticed that the majority of clients were of our age and a little younger. They all seemed extremely happy and the service they were receiving was second to none. In fact, two were known by first name terms. Obviously very regular visitors. I must admit, at lunchtime prices it is more financially beneficial to eat here than cook at home.
Great food, good pricing, fantastic service by young, friendly, staff. We will make visits on a more regular basis from now on. read more
