I couldn't find the menu on their website. However, when I Google search Park Bistro Brunch Menu it brought me to their site and a brunch menu appeared. When we visited for dinner we got the Crispy Shrimp, Chicken Nuggets, Nashville Hot Shrimp Burger and Potato Gnocchi w/Bolognese. Crispy Shrimp - 9.0 Very good, would definitely suggest trying an order. Has to be their top or one of their top seller. Chicken Nuggets - 8.7 I do not currently see them listed on their Dinner or Friday Lunch menu. They were definitely worth ordering. It was fun having a homemade chicken nugget at a nice restaurant. Hot Shrimp Burger - 9.2 Very, very good. The aioli and pickles are so good with the shrimp and spice. Would definitely get again however, I plan on trying a new dish next time. Potato Gnocchi w/Bolognese - 9.1 This is what my Wife ordered and she said it was very yummy. Which, I tried some and she was right! If we went back it would be hard for her to stray away from ordering this. For our brunch visit we had Cheddar Biscuits, Crispy Shrimp, Chicken & Waffles, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Whipped Ricotta Toast. Cheddar Biscuits - 8.2 During our visit the biscuits taste good however, were a little dense and lacked cheddar. Crispy Shrimp - See Above Chicken & Waffles - 8.5 They were good, the chicken was juicy and had good flavor. Don't know if we would order again. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes - 9.1 Aside from the shrimp, it was the best thing we ordered. The pancakes were fluffy and all of the flavors of the contributing aspects of the dish were delicious. The pancakes were accompanied by Blueberry Compote, Maple Mascarpone and Candied Pecans. Whipped Ricotta Toast - 8.6 All of the components of this dish played well together. Not sure if we would order again, but definitely worth trying once.

But, of course, she has to have the corn grits. Not being a grits fan even I have to say they're delicious. Thai ribs? Say no more. Get in my belly. And our son is absolutely hooked on the duck empanadas! So, why then will it be a while till I return? Tonight I had the unfortunate experience of being subjected to the Zea's Car Pickup line. For those of you unaware, if you are ordering to go, that is, picking it up from the restaurant for a picnic or to eat at home, you used to be able to park, jump in and pick up your order from the To Go counter, and be on your way. When we arrived there was a line of cars hugging the side of the building. Hmmm, wonder what that's all about? Anyway, the wife jumped out to pick up our order while I turned the car around. I was a little surprised to see her empty-handed, but then again, we ordered at 5:55pm and were notified that it would be ready at 6:23. And it was 6:15, so I figured we came too early. Nope. That's not it at all. She was told you can no longer pick up inside and must drive in the car pickup line. But not to worry because there are three people working the line and it goes quickly. We learned later that was a lie unless their definition of quickly is vastly different from mine. We maneuvered ourselves back in line and waited. And waited some more. Our 6:23 pickup time came and went. There was one person bringing food out to cars, and she was hustling. She finally brought our bag at 6:35pm. The time stamp said it was ready around 6:13pm. Yeah, it was waiting for us while we were waiting for it. Tepid sliders and potatoes, but still not only edible but delicious. Their food is outstanding, but not outstanding enough to endure the travesty that is their car pick up line. I sure hope they address and remedy this issue. There are so many dining choices in Lafayette, and Zea's is among the best. But it would be a shame if I were forced to choose another because of someone's bright idea to speed things up.

He was warm, attentive, personable, and incredibly thoughtful without ever hovering. He paid attention. He anticipated what we needed. Everything felt effortless on our end, which usually means someone is working very intentionally on theirs. What impressed me most was his kindness. It didn't feel rehearsed or like "customer-service nice." He seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of and having a good experience. That kind of warmth and conscientiousness is something I notice immediately, especially when someone manages to be both personable and extremely competent.
