A single unavailable item is understandable. However, multiple unavailable menu items, confusion about available beverages, limited substitutions, app customization options that don't match what the store can provide, and an extended wait time turned what should have been a quick pickup into a frustrating experience. One additional frustration was the refund process. After my preferred drink and salad options were unavailable, I asked to remove the substitute drink and receive a refund.
