I was standing at the counter for 8 minutes there was only 3 people working and on that 8 minutes no one even so much as greeted me I left after that without food of course 3 people working on a shift is not enough they were busy with drive thru and door dash so much they couldn't even get to me stand right in front of them VERY POOR MANAGEMENT read more

It's a five star review because of the African American man, a manager (I think) and if he isn't; he should be! On this particular mid day, he was running everything. He has the patience of a saint, gently repeating himself to the staff again and again. The supporting staff peppered him with constant questions while he took our order. His smile and easy going nature held strong as he directed their efforts. A great leader! We ordered a little of everything, 1 double cheese slider, 2 regular sliders, 1 fish slider, chicken rings, onion petals and drinks. We observed while they made everything fresh. The manager was busy with another customer when someone from the back called out our order and deposited the bag near the drive thru. It went out the window before he could catch it. The manager got the crew working on our order again and apologized. We received our order this time! Everything was piping hot and fresh! The slider buns are steamed on top of the meat as they cook. My favorite, the regular slider is bun, meat, onions and a pickle while the double slider has two bottom buns, two meat patties, cheese, onions and pickles. We love them so much! The deep fried foods... the fish patty, chicken rings and onion petals were all fresh, crispy, piping hot just the way they should be! And they tasted amazing! We're very picky about deep fried foods and are not fans of that old grease taste which happens so often at fast food places but not here. The chicken tastes like chicken and those onion petals... mercy... they were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Yum! There are tons of sauce options, just ask! This was a very well run White Castle on US 27 in Cold Springs. The store was super clean and the staff was friendly as well. I tried their Shrimp Nibblers which were one of their relatively new side items. Lots of breading but it crisped nicely during the frying and the shrimp flavour was there. You definitely want some cocktail sauce to dip these in. I also got my trusty Double Jalapeno White Castles which were nice and flavourful with a nice kick. Easily my favourite variation of a White Castle slider. We also got some Cheesesticks which were a slightly above average take. Like the Shrimp Nibblers there was lots breading but it also crisped nicely. There also was a considerable amount of cheese which was a good thing for sure. All in all a very positive trip to White Castle. read more

The burgers are still the way I remember. Just awesome and great. This location can do better on customer service however. I stood at the counter, 5 people are behind it. Three are cleaning, one is at the drive through window and the last was making burgers. They looked up at me, never said hello or they would be with me soon, they go back to doing what they were doing and I stood there quite a while till someone came up to me. The dining room could use a good cleaning. Many tables are dirty and the legs on the table are just gross. I will take out only from this location in the future. read more

It is what it is. Everyone has stories about going to white castles late night/early morning after the party you've been overindulging at is over. it's the kind of the place to go when the bar is closing and they say "you don't have to go home but you can't stay here" the coffee is good and if you're able to hold food down, they got your basic burgers & fries and such but for what you pay, you really don't get your money's worth. it's clean, well lit & open 24 hours. read more

This has got to be the most disgusting WC I've been in. Ordered food then went to restroom and came back and canceled food. Lobby was trashed at noon, no one is cleaning, the place was BAD..... No one is cleaning... so imagine the back of house YUCK.... read more

White Castles is ok for a late night meal or drunken craving, but their signage is wrong for the hours on Sundays!! I just stopped by at 11:59 pm to grab a late night dinner with my hubby and they were closed at the lobby, but the drive through was still open for service. This was strange, because of the signs being wrong. read more

I've never had White Castle, given that I'm from the west coast, but they've been reputable through Harold and Kumar. We went through the drive-through, and the lady who took our order gave us snarky attitude when he asked for two of each slider. She talked to him as though he was an idiot, and they also took some time to prepare our order, which was understandable. After we paid, she asked if we wanted any sauces, and my boyfriend asked for two of each one that they had. Guess how many was in the bag? Absolutely none. We will not be returning to this location just for their poor service. read more

This White Castle is shit The employees suck, drive thru slow af, and they're just rude

Good food, but this is by far the slowest White Castle I have ever been to. Working across the street, my lunch break is always during prime dinner time and there are never more than 3-4 workers around 5-6:00 PM. I keep coming back because I love the food, but I have yet to wait less than 10-15 minutes for my food in the many times ive been here, even if there is no one in the restaurant. If you're in any sort of a rush, or on a lunch break, I would not recommend this particular White Castle unless you want to arrive late or be left without a break to eat your food. read more
