This extremely fun and eclectic owner welcomed me to the store from behind the counter. She has a…read morevibrant personality that is so wonderful, you just enjoy talking with her. The store is a craft and clothing boutique. It's much more than that. Everything there is a one-of-a-kind unique item that local crafters have created. I loved browsing through the entire store and there were so many hidden gems. I was originally trying to find something for my friends twin daughters. I got a little bit overwhelmed with all the cute things that they have. I must say I want to buying a pair of airings for myself. I had to say to bring my girlfriend over and just ask her very point-blank "what adorable items do you want for your twins because they're all just too cute." You are not allowed to take pictures in the store. The reason is simple, all the items are one-of-a-kind handcrafted gifts. She had a bad experience with one time she was at a tradeshow and somebody took pictures of her items. The next thing she knew she was browsing in a high-end catalog for jewelry and she found her pieces replicated. That is devastating to a crafter who takes pride in their products and did not get a single penny for it. I can respect that. She still has awesome things. Will definitely go back.

I've been a customer of Squan Dry Goods for almost 9 years, and will continue to be one for years…read moreto come. Their system is so simple and works out so well for the consignors and for the customers. The consignors get 50% of whatever their clothes sell for (and you don't have to pay a yearly fee to sell your clothes as you do in other consignment stores), and customers get great deals on great name-brand clothes. Their employees, especially Kim, are so kind and helpful. They will be honest with you with whether or not an item will sell. If an item does not sell after some months, it will be donated to charity, which they do make clear to you. I'm wondering if Lynne F. below has actually ever been in the store, because consignors do not receive checks once their clothes sell -- they have the option of either receiving cash or store credit. Squan Dry Goods is great if you need one place where you can shop for toddlers, teenagers, college students, young adults, and adults. They really sell clothes for all ages, which is why I've been able to shop there for so long. Their prices are unmatched, which makes it so easy to get lost there for hours and come out with bags of clothes. And hey, it's a great excuse to clear out your closet and fill it back up again.

Awesome!!! This is a consignment/second hand/thrift type store with endless rooms of women's…read moreclothing in incredible condition and amazing brands. Upon my arrival I thought the store was just the three rooms you can see from the front door but boy was I wrong, there's at least five rooms on the first floor and four on the second floor, it just kept going! The first floor had some things that seemed to be "new" and not second hand, but 95% of the store was for resale, which is what I was looking for. They also have a room with just vintage clothing and accessories which was cool to look at. This store seriously has everything you could think of from formal dresses for events and weddings, to your favorite brand jeans from Bloomingdale's. I was so pleasantly surprised! They also have a ton of purses for sale with brands like Kate Spade and Michael Kors all the way up to Louis Vuitton. This store is also organized by size and color which makes shopping so enjoyable and easy. I thought the prices were very fair, with many of the items I picked up being about 12$ or 14$. I wasn't in the market for any of the more expensive brands, so I can't speak on those prices but from what I saw I thought things were fairly priced for the great condition everything was in. Also, many of the clothes were organized by brand like Free People, Anthropologie, Nike, Lululemon, and way more. There's a fitting room as well which was helpful. I didn't get to check out the other stores but it seems that there was also a Men's store and Children's Squan Dry store next to this one, which was all women's clothing. It's also worth mentioning that this store had some accessories and small home goods too, both used and new, so it can be a great place to shop when you need to buy a little gift! I would 100% recommend stopping by if you're in the area and I can't wait to return and visit the other location!
