Daigle was not hired by us. He came through our builder but we feel that the best part of Warren and his team are their responsiveness. If and when something needs to be tweaked with the new build he is no more than a few hours away to make adjustments. As of today, 2/17/26 I have not received the refund. I have reached out to Kaylee as to the status of the refund and have been told that the check has been cut and in the mail. I should have offered to go and pick the check up as Daigle Plumbing and Heating is less than 1 mile from where I reside. My next step is to contact the Consumer Protection Division of the State of New Hampshire and hopefully they will get involved.
