With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. Harriet eventually accepted a part time job in the store and when the owner retired Rachel purchased it Lifestyles Giftware carries items for men, women, children, and pets. You can pick up that perfect birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift. Don't show up empty handed for the hostess or just treat yourself. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. They admitted that they need to better handle the packaging on their end, but in the meantime they are taking their customer's money, STILL SELLING THIS TABLE, while not being able to properly deliver these type of FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!"
