The representative who took our call was very professional and friendly and understanding of our need to confirm an appointment on one day, given the reservation system on the ski hill and us not wanting to cancel two days in a row for a 'tentative' appointment, thus we were given a guaranteed appointment time. The service representative arrived on time and was very friendly, appropriately dressed in PPE (as were we), took his boots off without us asking, and got right down to business. We had a relatively simple issue with a kitchen sink drain, which he fixed within a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with the professionalism, competence, and friendly service we received.

Had a dripping kitchen faucet and a cracked shower/bath faucet…read more It took the plumber, 'a red seal' plumber I was told, 1.75 hrs to determine the part required for the shower, and to determine that a new kitchen faucet would be required. That is close to $200 to book me another visit, and a week's wait, to order the part for the shower faucet (I sent detailed pictures before so they could possibly have the parts on their truck) and to offer to supply a kitchen faucet with a $100 mark up ( 'I must understand they need to make something'). I was ready to pull the plug and absorb a half job at the cost of $200, but we decided to complete the job with me supplying the faucet (an instant savings of $100). They were late for the second visit. I was waiting by the front entry of our building with the large kitchen faucet box on the table in front of me. The plumber came in the building (the door was open for other construction workers on site that day). He was wearing a black jacket with no logo of his company, and a tool belt. He did not acknowledge me, so I assumed he was on the construction crews. Shortly he left the building. Then a number of minutes later, the plumbing company called, wondering why I was not there waiting for the plumber. So, he had walked in my unit, without making contact with me, replaced the shower handle and left. He just shrugged at the fact that he did not notice someone waiting right at the front door with a large kitchen faucet box, either on his way in or on his way out. He did come back and replace the faucet, but guess who pays for the all the wasted time. Hint: not them. Save yourself from the frustration. Don't call Wedgeview.

All you have to do is read his reply to my Houzz review for proof he isn't accountable and can't measure. The instructions he was given were simple: duplicate the existing kitchen. Multiple times he tried to alter that request which created other problems. Barry deflected absolutely everything that I brought to his attention. For example we had to re-route the stove venting because he could not replicate what was there exactly. Somehow this was not his fault, despite there being an existing kitchen he measured in advance. I was working remotely and trusted him to do his job - replicate the existing kitchen. He did not do this and missed a pantry that was next to the fridge which he refused to build despite photos and copies of emails - watch what you sign with him should you choose to ignore this experience. His countertop had amateur mistakes. He did butt joints in the laminate to the wood nosing instead of going over the nosing and rounding off, which resulted in gaps. His lap joints were also done incorrectly; instead of putting edging on first then overlapping the edging with the top, he did the opposite resulting in visible seams and gaps next to the stove. There are gaps in the laminate joints as well.

We spoke with Ronal about our reno and he was able to accommodate our request. We felt that Ronal was very honest and up front about our kitchen modification. He wanted to point out all the potential complications that could happen with the reno (colour matching, floor modification, toe kick modification) We also wanted to save one piece of the old cabinet to be used on the new installation. Aero was able to save this piece thereby reducing the cost of the job. We are very happy with the service and professionalism of Aero Cabinet and Bath.

They did this small job for us and saved us a bunch of money by finding a creative solution. We had trouble picking tiles for the bathroom, but felt really comfortable with our choice after speaking with their designer. We've had absolutely no problem with our flooring since it's been installed and our space looks awesome. Looks exactly how we imagined. Would highly recommend! Definitely worth getting a project manager instead of trying to do all this ourselves.
