The dispatcher was helpful and said he would call me when the taxi was close to the medical clinic where I was waiting. In the future, I hope they are able to accommodate better with larger groups. Some of the drivers took longer routes to make more money, while other drivers took shortcuts to help us save money. Overall, they were always on time and got us from point A to point B. I would recommend giving them a try if you need to go somewhere.

I got the lesson and flight for my husband for Father's Day, and expected to go and watch from the ground, but you have an offer where I was able to go along, so I did. We took the extra time (and thank God we did - it was the most amazing thing) and did the tour of the glaciers. All I can say is, "Wow!" Really, it was awesome, and not awesome in the overused expression for 'great', but awesome as in, "Dear God I didn't think that anything is this beautiful!", and "Did you see that?" - and the ever popular (add your own amazed superlatives here). To put it in a word, the only thing I can think of is 20 words long! Amazing. Awesome. Astounding. Breathtaking. Beautiful. Unbelievable. I could go on, but I'm sure you get my point. Peter took us up, and was exceptional. I felt comfortable, and was sure that he could handle anything and everything that came our way. Fortunately, the day was all warm, blue skies, and perfection, with views that went on forever, limited only by where you turned your head. My husband took to it immediately, which was another good thing, and the time went on too quickly. I literally and figuratively had the ride of my life, and I cannot wait to do this again. I am sure we will be back. I think I may be hooked. And there's always Teak to see, and who can resist flying, and tossing the stick. Good times. After staying at some not so great Air BnB's in August of 2017, this was a really nice change of pace. Even if we hadn't stayed at those Air BnB's, Whiski deserves the 5 stars. This seems to be a newer resort and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and spacious. The only thing is, it was confusing in the beginning finding our particular room. That was minor. The bathroom was better and nicer looking than ones I've stayed in as of late traveling. The tub was great for a good, luxurious soak and they included quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. They have a good size, clean and new looking kitchen and we had fun cooking up meals in it. They had all the tools for cooking so it was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. I would stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

You throw your own garbage but the only thing that im guessing whistler does not do the organic thing. Parking space is pretty tight if you have a pick up truck. They also provide carts to bring your stuff up which is definitely plus. The Elevator is quite slow and small. The Jacuzzi at the time the jets were not working but it is hot but not as hot. The Heated Pool is warm but not as hot as the Jacuzzi. Overall I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to everyone :)

These cabins are nice. The bed is so comfortable and they even have heated flooring in the bathroom. The cabin we booked came with so many things that you would never get from a hotel (I.e. toaster, cutlery, plates, fridge, etc.) and for pretty much the same price. Honestly, if I had plans to goo hiking in the area or boarding at Whistler, I'd make this my god to accommodation. It's also a 10min drive from Alice Lake. One thing to note, and by no means is this a complaint, but bare in mind that not all of the cabins have a decent river view, but accessing the Cheakamus is only a couple minutes away. You can definitely hear it though and it's actually very relaxing to fall asleep to. Info: - The staff are very friendly - Fergies cafe is located here, which is a huge plus. - The parking spot is conveniently located right in front of your front door, which is very helpful if your unloading a bunch of bags and equipment. - Check out is a breeze. You just drop the key off at a box in front of the office.

The lodge was amazing! We used it for bbq and karaoke (that we brought ourselves)! Fergie's Catering for our wedding was fine dining! The river was beautiful, and made everyone want to explore! A must experience…read more Our group of 4 stopped here for a few hours to get our steps in. It was the 3rd stop on our drive up to Whistler. While we were in line at the box office to get our tickets, my friend was on their site and realized purchasing online got us a small discount so I left the line and got the tickets online instead. Since there was 4 of us, we got the cart all to ourselves. The ride up seemed to take forever, but the views made up for it. You can get food and bevs at the top. The pimms from the bar was 10/10. We took some time to walk to where we ended up having an amazing view. The guide by the signage was super helpful and did not steer us wrong with the places he told us to stop at. I loved the views we got to see Big thanks to the guy at the top who climbed down to get my friend's water canister that I accidentally dropped. You're the real MVP! This is the kind of place i I would keep coming back to.

We briefly covered all six maneuvers required for the PPL flight exam AND he took the time to point out some of the beautiful geographical landmarks. Highlights included flying around the Stawamus Chief and the spin recovery (so much fun!). He performed the maneuver, while asking me to feel his movements on the controls...then asked if I wanted to give it a go on the second time around. Calm and confident flight instructor. Once our head hit the pillow, we just fell right into a deep sleep! The place was extremely cozy and the location was stunning! It was a treat away from being in a buzzling city of Vancouver! Just a short drive from the hotel to Whistler Village was a huge plus for us. I've stayed in Legends before and caught a glimpse of how convenient the location was and how easy it was to get around. The places by the hotel were a gold mine for a foodie like myself. We were drawn to Evolution because of the pool, sauna and the hot tub! Also, we had it to ourselves during a hot sunny spring day! The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering a lovely view. It also included an in-unit washer and dryer, which was a great bonus. The property is pet-friendly and features a great outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. There's also a fun game room and a small movie room, along with two large built-in outdoor BBQs. The location is about an 8-minute drive to Whistler Village, and there's a nice grocery store right across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
