In May of this year, I got in contact with the hairdresser I used there to see if I could get an appointment to do my hair for prom. She told me she could check something when she got to work and she never got back to me. I had to find another place to go to. It was not only rude, it was pretty unprofessional. They both approached it differently, but the results were beautiful both times. It is easy to book an appointment through the vagaro app and pick a time that works for you without calling the location. When I got there I got serviced fairly quickly and both stylists were nice and conversational and made sure to give me what I wanted. There were a couple miscommunications but we figured it out pretty quickly. After both of these appointments I happened to have professional photoshoots so I want to share the great work these stylists have done by sharing. The outdoor shots were in April after my appointment with Kylie, and the indoor image were in August after my appointment with Helena. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the price was expensive.
