Very snobby lady, blonde lady. Looked at my mom up and down. Replied in a very rude tone when she asked if she had an appointment. Also, when my mother asked if she had any appointments available she was rude as well. Definitely don't recommend. read more

Prior to leaving my previous hometown (Maryland) I had lightened my hair and dyed it fire engine red. Much like any red color, by 8 weeks it had faded significantly. This was largely my fault for not using red shampoo like should've. Because of this I searched for a new salon to call home. Salon Bombshell popped up on my yelp search. I looked through their photos and website. I liked what I saw. What I liked even more was that they had the option to book online. I hate making phone calls so this was magnificent. I booked a consultation with Anna and excitingly waited for the day. I came prepared with my inspiration photo. Initially I wanted to color correct my red but decided I just wanted to play off of it more. After looking at my hair and the photo, Anna told me it was definitely achievable. The only color she couldn't promise was the yellow. I was good with that as long as the result was as close as it could be. We agreed on an appointment and I eagerly counted down the days. The day of Anna was running a bit behind but it wasn't an issue. I would wait all day if I had to. That's how excited I was. We were only delayed for a bit and then it was my turn. We first attempted to bleach my tips in hopes of lightening the faded red I had. Well, Pravana apparently bonds very well. The bleach barely had any effect. Well, plan b. She would add the colors as planned and we'd just skip the yellow. I was 100% ok with that since, you know, I knew the yellow wouldn't happen and my photo was really just an inspiration. Anna came up with a brilliant idea, though. She would dye a few tape in extensions yellow and add them in at a later date. Excellent! I booked another appointment to get that done. While waiting I messaged her asking if we could also do orange since that was part of the color palette I was looking to achieve. She agreed to it and I was thrilled. The day had arrived and I could barely contain my excitement. When the time came to take a look I was stunned. It. Was. Beautiful. My entire goal for my hair was to make it look like fire. She definitely hit the mark on that. The added extensions really worked well. I was so excited to show it off. Anna really worked some magic. If you're looking for a great stylist, I highly recommend Anna. She knows her stuff and was a pleasure to work with. read more

this company has me as confirmed several days before my appointment today and at 11:30 the day of my appointment which is at 2:30 the "" owner text me that she needs to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. No notice confirmed me twice, but suddenly, the hurricane is an issue, this owner did not take accountability. She did not offer another stylist. She disregarded the fact that I took off work for this appointment and did not care one iota I would not use this company she recommended I go to Ulta so if equivalent to this company, I would avoid it at all cost . read more

Great Salon with a community focus. Stylists Anna and Darian are friendly and do quality work.

Unfortunately I didn't felt welcome at this place; Maybe it could have been my skin color or ethnicity...

Stylist Recommendation: Whitney at Salon Bombshell is awesome. She's been cutting my hair for about a year. I love that she remembers what I want and provides a consistently good cut. Whitney is an experienced stylist with men's and women's cuts. A basic men's haircut is only $25. The salon is located just off 59 at 22498 Community Drive Str. 241, New Caney 77357. I've been going to Anna for over a year now. I love my hair and I love the salon :-) Over the last year she has made all my hair dreams come true. I wanted natural healthy long blonde hair. I really hate leaving a bad review for this small business, because I love supporting small locally owned businesses, but I feel that I must write about my experience at Bombshells considering the haircut I walked out of the salon with. After recently moving to the area, I needed a new stylist to freshen up my grown out short hair style. I scheduled an appointment with the salon owner, Anna, based on the yelp reviews, for a chin length angled bob, even showing a picture of what I wanted before the haircut began. Sadly, I don't think Anna does many short haircuts like the one I requested because she demonstrated low confidence with her results to begin with, questioning out loud whether or not the lengths were even and asking me if it looked right. That was the first red flag, she's the professional stylist, not me! I rely on the stylist to know what they are doing! The second red flag was when she had to continuously even out the cut, and after I got home and used a straightening iron on my hair to check the cut some more, it's still not even with one side longer than the rest by about a quarter of an inch. I also discovered several 'tags' that make my hair look jagged instead of sleek and sophisticated. On top of all that, my bob is not even angled towards the chin, it is just a plain Jane bob and my son said I look like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. I will be visiting another salon in the area to attempt to get this cut fixed and hopefully styled the way I ask. Fingers crossed. Go to this salon I guess for longer hair styles. For shorter styles, look elsewhere. read more

While it may be fun being blonde, it is no easy thing to find a salon with stylists who can achieve beautiful, healthy, & natural looking high lights. Thank the Lord baby Jesus that Anna at Salon Bombshell is an incredible colorist who matched my highlights & lowlights that had grown out. I can't imagine going anyplace else in the Houston area after my experience! read more

I highly recommend this salon, and Anna specifically. She did an amazing job on my blonde hair that hadn't been colored or cut in over a year. She did a full head of babylights and a shadow root that turned out exactly as I wanted! I used to dread going to salons because my hair takes FOREVER, but Anna was personable and the salon has a laid back feeling. The delicious mimosas were another huge plus! I will be back. Thank you Anna! read more

Never made it inside!! After reconfirming my appointment 2 times they were a NO SHOW!!! Sat waiting for 20mins and I left. Really irritating because it was my day off and I had to wake up early... NOT GOOD!! For an establishment with a 5 start rating it was unacceptable!!! read more

Danielle did amazing on my hair. Came to her with a bad color from previous salon. My hair went from the ombré brassy orange look to dark brown exactly like I wanted. Will for sure be back to her! Thanks so much for a great cut and color! read more

Love how they cut my hair with ir without input from me :) means a lot to have that much trust.

Darian did a great job at the color. I asked for a trim and she was about to start and another client came in and she stopped trimming. Only trimmed one section of hair. The price for color and highlights $225. Crazy price for me with no cut, but even then, should've been $150 tops. Unfortunately won't be back. Sweet girl, nice place, but not for me. read more

I've gone to this salon many times, even though I don't live in the area. I've always been able to get in when needed and had good stylists. At my last appointment, I had a stylist I hadn't had before and I'm so glad I got scheduled with her. Brittany was so great, communicated up front what she was going to do so I was aware and could ask questions if needed. She also told me how much I should expect to pay, which was super helpful instead of waiting until the end. She fixed my color and gave me a great cut, which I got lots of compliments on! But the best thing about Brittany is what I learned about her. Over her years of being a stylist, she's gained a special clientele of women who have dealt with various types of trauma, and getting their hair cut could be a hard thing to do. She's developed an approach and demeanor that is sensitive and caring towards others that could be triggered easily. If you're someone who gets overwhelmed easily or suffers anxiety from PTSD, domestic abuse, mental health issues, or experienced traumatic situations, you need to go see Brittany at Salon Bombshell for a great hair cut, color, or styling. She'll take great care of you and make you look great at the same time! read more

The area will FOR SURE surprise you. The salon is so modern and chic, almost makes you feel that you're in a downtown salon. Stacie did my highlights and it was exactly what I wanted. For years I have been searching for a hair stylist that gave me my want and I finally found her at Salon Bombshell. There's complimentary mimosas and snacks too! Definitely recommend giving this place a try. The prices are reasonable and the final product is for sure worth it. The stylists are all very friendly and want you to leave feeling and looking GREAT! read more

I can't say enough great things about Danielle! She has a gift. I'm very particular about my hair and she has done an absolutely phenomenal job. No brassiness, no yellow color. Just pure, beautiful, multi faceted highlights. Even better than what I could have imagined. read more

I was very pleased with my overall experience and haircut from Danielle. The girls were super nice and Danielle took the time to listen to what I wanted and give her advice on how to best go about what I was looking for. She explained all the products she used on my hair but didn't try to pressure me to purchase anything like other salons I've been to. I will definitely be back and look forward to eventually trying some color and different looks. They are very reasonably priced as well which is awesome. Thank you Danielle! read more

First time here. Hair was a train wreck. Danielle worked a miracle, color highlights cut and style. What a difference.

My mother in law and I have been coming here for about 2 years every once a month. We absolutely just love it here! We love how they do our hair. The highlights and the hair cuts are on point. The ladies that work here are the best! They are very friendly and they make us feel so comfortable every time we go. Where do I even start? There are not enough good things I can say about the ladies of Salon Bombshell. Tucked away in a quiet strip mall just behind the loud hustle and bustle this classy, relaxing oasis sits. It may be a little hard to find at first but no worries a quick call and Anna got me turned in the right direction and even came outside to help guide me in. ( I am not from the area). Once inside the ambiance was relaxing and inviting. I have been going to Stacey for about 1 1/2 years now. I had lost touch with her and had tried a few different stylest near where I live. Needless to say, I had been hopelessly disappointed. Fried, breakage, and awful color I was defeated. I reached out the last way I could think of and found Stacey. I came in for my appointment and started out crying and lost about what to do, but what hurt just as much was the look of pain and anger on Stacey and Anna's faces. I knew that I had come back to the right place and was in the best place possible. These ladies thought and chewed on every different option to keep as much of my hair as possible, and they did. Stacey went to work and once again she did her magic. A few hours later I was no longer crying, my hair no longer felt like straw, my blonde was blonde, my chemically cut mullet was blended and actually had bounce and shape. I was sent home with homework and an array of different products. Now, these ladies have never pushed product on me before so when I was told honestly this is what I needed there was no question in my mind. I could sleep well last night knowing that I am on my way back to the beautiful hair I once had and I have no problem making the hour and a half drive to see these ladies! I know this was lengthy but there just are not enough ways to say good things about them. If you are unsure still after all of the reviews you've read just give them a call and they can work you in for a consultation. You won't be disappointed, and your hair will thank you in the long run. read more
