The microfiber towels are nice and honestly my favorite part of coming here. But this past week I decided to get my car detailed after a friend had gotten carsick and vomited on my passenger seat, unfortunately seeping into the seat and crevices. I was pretty disappointed in the end result for the $225 spent. For a detailing service, I did not feel like there was an eye for detail and that I could have done a better job cleaning my car. When I came to look at the final result, there were still parts of the seat that had dried up vomit in the crevices and the floor mats didn't look like they had been properly cleaned (there were still stains and on the back side of the mat, it didn't look clean). I pointed this out to a staff member and she had the detailing employee come back and clean it, which I appreciated. However, he still missed some spots where there was dried vomit (I acknowledge that they were in the crevices of the seat, but isn't a detailing service supposed to be for catching those hard to reach spots?). In my frustration, I just ended up cleaning up the floor mats myself at RipTide and when I got home, I went back in and scrubbed the missed vomit stains on the plastic parts of the seat. I also noticed that the fabric on the driver's side still had a stain. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend this car wash anymore especially not for detailing and am so disappointed by the end product of the detailing services even after asking the staff member if he could take a look at my car again.

As a new mom, it's embarrassing to admit how long the Thanksgiving casserole that spilled sat in the back of my seat untreated. He told me that they only do by appointment only and I asked him some follow up questions and explained that I had tried to call the number several times. I'm not sure why they don't have someone answering the phone regularly, but he got me right in and treated me to the carpet clean! I will definitely be back as they did an amazing job and I don't really care what the cost will be in the future as they took such great care of me.

I have stuck with the basic package twice and added on deep cleaning of my mats and my car came out looking like it was brand new. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is top notch. The place is very well staffed and moves very quickly, finishing my car in about 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back and see myself investing in one of the monthly plans in the near future. If you do want waxing or other deeper cleans done, just be aware that you should make an appointment ahead of time!

The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. I asked the guy if they wanted to do the inspection and wash first or the inspection but he said to just go into the oil line. I get wanting to do the oil first but it could have been a shorter wait had these been done leaving just the oil change to do. All staff are very friendly. Also, this place only offers the most uncomfortable seating both inside and out. Inside there is only 4 extra high tables and stools with small seats that dig into your thighs on the sides and bottom vs optional use of the space with more two person standard level seats that could fit 6 tables. They do offer iced water and coffee. The outside is metal mesh chairs and tables that get hot in the direct heat, a roll out awning would be a great addition to the area would provide more sun coverage then the small umbrellas that left many still sitting in the sun and the water fountain (filled with dirt, if restored would provide some tranquility and cool mist to the air. I also recommend resin Adirondack chairs that can be used under the trees nearby and brought in the car wash at night for storage vs the two wire mesh square tables with built in seats that painfully dig into your thighs and butt as well no matter which way you position.

There were no signs to indicate that the equipment was down and the vending system was certainly taking money. I notified the manager, leaving a message by phone and asking for a refund but I did not hear back from them. I would not risk using this place again and I recommend others beware.

Several bays were blocked off with cones. In another bay, the operation panel was open and hanging loose, unusable. I chose bay 8, put in my coins and when the sprayer started, my feet and legs got soaked because the hose connected to the spray wand had a gash in it and the water was going everywhere except out of the sprayer and onto the car. I can't speak to the quality of the drive-through laserwash as I did not use that. I left a voicemail message for the owner.

I got the $12.00 job, It thoughly cleaned my Honda Odyssey; or so I thought. After driving to a nearby market, I looked over my van and saw that the mud was still caked to the wheel well. I drove back and talked to "Conner" who had helped me earlier. He apologized profusely and told me to pull around to the back, where he got out a pressure hose and cleaned all the gunk off. He didn't have to do it, as they were quite busy. After he was done, I slowly pulled out. Then I saw the some cars were getting the "The Works" for rims and tires. I asked Conner about this, and he told me to pull over and he would clean and shine the tires for free. They looked amazing when he was done. Whoever reads this (Owner) Conner deserves a raise. I would get there $20.00 a month service if I lived in the area. "Thanks Conner!"
