He was able to book me in within an hour and then had the tinting done on my Honda Civic done within 2 hours. Such speedy work with great quality and working as a one man team! A month in and I see no bubbles or defects. The perfect southern gentleman, he is amiable to approach and will treat you kindly. Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

I chose this place because in a previous Yelp review the car owner said his tint was within the regulation and Shade Custom Tint told him to take his car to another inspection place. So just in case the inspection place I went to was blowing smoke I figured I'd go here because they're obviously honest. The cost for the tint removal was about $40 less than other places I called. They were fast and communicative so I'd highly recommend this company. They have an after hours key drop off which I appreciated too.
