I booked a date and time and texted him to confirm. He scheduled it for the next day at 4:00 PM. Emilio arrived ahead of schedule at 3:45 and got down to work. He has some amazing equipment to do the cleaning properly. He worked hard for three hours. The bottom line, he did a great job and my SUV looks shiny and brand new, inside and out. They offer a mobile detailing service, but I just got a standard detail (exterior & interior) level 1 and that was an in shop only service. I appreciated that there were no hidden costs and that everything was available online so I knew how much it was going to be. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear.
