Highly recommend this local towing service! We were stranded in Hwy 704 on Sunday, July 13th 2025. We had to call them after waiting for an hour for Lil Pete's to show up. Jimmy, owner of Tazz showed up within 15 minutes and we were on our way within 5 minutes of their arrival. Obviously, he was very skilled and professional. My son was in an accident and his car needed towing, so I called AAA. AAA sent Tazz towing from Madison. The first guy was new very professional, and honest, he even told me today was my fourth day. He had to call his Boss his Boss had to use his tow truck to pull the car. All n all from the time I called AAA until the car was gone they did all of this within an hour. Showed up at the 3 rd appointment AAA made for me. When they showed up the driver would not tow my car to the repair shop because the tag was expired despite AAA approving tow. Did not show or call at first or second missed appointments. Don't use them.ZERO stars! read more

Tazz, Tazz, Tazz... The job is so easy. Just come pick up the vehicle and tow it away. I have been unfortunate enough to have to deal with this company 3 or 4 times and it is always a nightmare and it was this time as well. AAA always uses them in my area. 03/01/2022: I needed by vehicle towed to the dealer, it was in an accident. Adjuster from the insurance company was already out and assessed the damage and it needed to be repaired. I got approval for the tow from AAA. Had my tags, registration, insurance, Driver's license ID, and I was at the vehicle. Tow truck driver gets out and says, AAA is not going to approve this tow not enough damage (like he is some kind of dealer certified auto body tech), he says you are going to have to pay me. I say it is already approved; I have given AAA all the details. He went off on a tangent about how he's been doing this for years. I said let's call AAA and get them on the line. I start dialing and he huffs off and just gets in the truck and leaves. 2+ hours late from the estimated time they gave, like always. Just a horrible company to deal with every time. I'm thinking about starting a tow truck business myself just to put them out of business. This company is always shady, always trying to charge extra, and never wants to work, just wants easy local tows that they charge a lot for. read more
